Great Center. I walked in and was greeted and instantly assisted. I had a need for cashier check- the gentleman at the window seyar was very professional and thorough. He also helped me with my other banking questions when usually at other centers they have you wait for someone else. I also been here few other times and i love the energy the manager Asma has. She is always running around and helping everyone and super friendly.

I been to several boa in the past and I can't express how welcomed and Humble my experience was here. I was assisted by the manager Asma Hassan and she was truly the best. Thank you for the great service and taking your time with me.

Came in with my mom, and was met with really great customer service! The woman that was helping us out was Bao Tran Le, multilingual and easily helped us to what we needed, answered questions, and easily got things done for us. She was such a big help for us, I cannot emphasize this enough. In addition, a very nice environment, which should be an example for all establishments

This is branch is one of the best branches in NOVA. The whole team is helpful and especially the manager Asma who always assist the clients and make time for them regardless of having an appointment or not. I would definitely recommend this branch!

Despite of reading tons of negative reviews before going to the bank, i was pretty much impressed by their high quality customer service, they assisted me very quickly and explained everything in details very well, Juliano who assisted me throughout registration and signing was so nice and sweet and answered to all of my questions
