Consistently very slow, even compared to other truist locations. I have to open a store less than 20 seconds from thier drive through and I give myself 20 min for deposits in the morning and at least half the time lately I've had to get out of line to get to my store to open in time. Even when the line is empty it's at least 10 min to make a small (sub $200) cash deposit. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or they have a poorly optimized workflow but it's disruptive and far too time consuming for such simple transactions.

Suntrust charges $7.00 for checks drawn off of Suntrust, if you're not a customer. Penny pinching bank! You should have your employees generate sales and stop pinching people trying to cash checks drawn off of your bank. Won't be doing any sort of business with Suntrust!!

I was told I couldn't get cash from the drive-through without having a personal check on me. What has Banking come to when you can't get cash from a drive-through? I needed a specific breakdown of bills for a specific reason and couldn't use the ATM for that. She told me I could come inside but I had my two young children with me and wanted to use the drive-through for that specific reason. Bad customer service.

Terrible! Representative Mary Gentry cancelled my credit card without my permission. I had "15 Pending Transactions" that have cost me over $800 in fees. I found out later that she was supposed to show me a list of things to consider before cancelling the account which was not presented to me. I don't work for a bank and I know that there is the possibility of pending transactions. Why should I get charged for these transactions when it was her doing?? I never had a problem with Suntrust before the merger with Truist. It's only been a few months and I could see the changes that have been made by this bank. A customer no more!

I was told a check was a withdrawal slip and I couldn't deposit it. When I tried to ask about it, the teller assured me it was a withdrawal slip. I've deposited checks from the same checkbook here before, and on top of that, the ATM wasn't working with my business debit card so I couldn't deposit it that way. Business accounts don't have mobile banking. I guess I will drive to the one on 29 North...
