READ READ READ READ!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a car here. You will be left in a worse predicament than you came in with. You are better off walking or catching the bus rather than paying for a car that doesn't run properly within two weeks of your purchase. Then they won't get you in for an appointment with them until two months later which at that time your 30-day warranty through them has expired. The women are inexperienced, unprofessional, and severely ill-mannered. The masquerade of Tom Foolery at this company is absurd. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy a car through them at Free Bridge Auto they are all in cahoots. Con artists at their best. “Everybody rides” and everybody gets swindled too. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I'm guessing JDick Byrider must use them, have tried calling them on numerous occasions to see why I'm being garnished (at the start of the holidays). I even sent back the little card that comes with the letter to let you know you're being garnished to the courts and still no response...they really suck. They deserve no stars!!!!!!!!!

I'm typically not one to post anything negative but I just had to this time.I personally think Free Bridge sales dept.and service dept are very nice but upstairs,that's a whole other story.The women at f&s financial are extremely rude,unprofessional, except stephanie,shes nice .I had an awful experience with one to the point where I wanted to speak with the manager about how extremely rude she was to me .I never received a call back like I was told.I just want to get my vehicle paid off and never go back to free Bridge again.Like I said,the service dept is great and the sales dept are awesome as well, very,very nice ,but f & S financial is absolutely awful and has left a mark on me to the point I don't ever want to go through financing another vehicle through them.

I only gave them one star because no stars was not an option, these people will take your money no matter what, will garnish your checks quick fast and in an hurry i dont recommend free bridge auto to anyone which is who F&S Financial works with, and these ladies that used to work there which probably still do are hateful, nasty people....I obtained a car from free bridge, was unable to keep it, told them please come get the car did they, why of course not they waited almost 2 months before coming to get then they want to over charge me and charge me for every time they have had to garnish me, i mean they charge me fees every time they take me to court, i didnt ask you to take me i will be so glad when i am finally free of you asshats

Would be five stars if they don't charge a extra $5.00 (that does not even go to your account) to make a payment over the phone with a card.

Downstairs is great, upstairs is terrible. The women are extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid my vehicle off with them, and they refused to update it as paid with the credit bureaus. When I called about it (more than once) they told me I can dispute it with the credit bureaus but said they would not do it. Then proceeded to tell me that "its not really my business" what they do with my information or how I report it. Would give no stars if it was an option. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they would not let me and they proceeded to hang up on me more than once. Terrible terrible. 0/10 would recommend.

They placed a Judgement on me and my deceased father in 2008 that I didn’t know anything about until my grandmother passed away and my cousins just bought to my attention that I will not be getting my inheritance because of this and they are now trying to garnish my paychecks as well they got the car back and now are going after double of what they sold the car for stay away from them

Patient and friendly every time I worked with. The lower rating is because I'm not a big fan of how over picing Free Bridge is which is who they finance for (right downstairs from them)...

They are amazing, friendly, and considerate. Glad we went through them for our vehicle. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Smh don't buy no cars there...
