Worst bank ever. I disputed some charges on my account and they reversed every charge including my pay checks. They are horrible with bad communication skills. They even reversed payments that I had paid towards my bills. If I could give no stars I would.

This is a scam bank that will nickle and dime you for overdraft fees and hidden charges...a terrible bank..your better off putting your money in a shoe box...this bank is terrible

During my time in the Bank I was approached by WALTER MOLINA and he was very helpful the entire time I was at the Bank and he understood everything and helped fixed many problems. He was understanding that English wasn't my first language and continued to understand and help. I will definitely spread the word of the amazing service that I was able to receive to close friends and family. Today I went there to take some money out of my account and mangers and he’s staff refuse even to talk to me . After all the the personal information and document They give it to some one who just walk in to the branch saying he bought a vehicle for me . They even give him my pay off and the worst part The manager handle him the title!!! Today I told them I need my money our from my account and they said mangers eating lunch lol So !!!!! Which is he never came back from lunch So I had to call 911 . After 20 min The police came and they give me half of my money supposedly I have to go back tomorrow To get the rest ..... If you own a business or even a personal don’t trust this bank for nothing They hired a loser management and unprofessional Unsecured bank . After going through all this with My Lawyer We are planning to put them in the news And take them to court so everyone can know about them .

BB&T is the worst bank i've ever dealt with. They held my money for two weeks for no apparent reason and wont release it. Even after proving all info they requested from me. Branch Manager Jeffery Collins deceived me after only having a account with them for 2 weeks. I will never bank with anyone having a name remotely close to them ever in life. I advise you all do the same.

My worst banking experience thus far. Walked in to withdraw money for a trip. They decide to initiate a review of my account and withheld all my funds. Someone denying you access to your hard-earned money doesn't feel good at all.

My Husband set up a business account with this bank for our independent dispatching business. The account was closed due to no activity, which was understandable. My husband then calls to speak with a male manger about reopening the account. The manager suggested that we come down to bank to setup in person. After my husband tells the manger that we wouldn't have time to stop in. The manager then says "well you're a dispatcher, so i'm sure your schedule is a little more flexible than most" , insinuating that he was lying. This was very unprofessional. We will be taking our business to a different bank. i would suggest you do the same

The worst manger ever he is never there he don’t follow back I don’t know why he is a manager

This bank it’s the most boring Qualaty I ever seen I have been with them For 4 years and I did truck and trailer finance through them with nice Manager used to be there jeff. Recently I sold one of my trucks and buyer from Louisiana he walked into the bank To ask abut my pay off for my personal loan Because I wasn’t there at that time So he get in touch with the manager And esteban huertas give him all my info and pay off And even he change the address To the bank for the title to be mailed After 1 week the man came to my store with the title in his hand for me to sign it After all today I went to draw some money from my Business account And he close my card and at the bank start acting stupid to not give me the money I have there . Now on my way to my Lawyer so this can end and not happens agine to other people Do not trust this bank with your personal information or businesses The most funny thing is the guy at the front He get he’s cell phone to call the other guy to see how much he can give me from my money which is available in my account Like friends bank they can do whatever they want with your money. Unbelievable

The worst bank ever!!!!! This bank need to retrain Elizabeth and Walter on customer service skills and their roles as Bankers/Tellers. These people are done right ignorant. I will be speaking with the Bank Manager.
