Have to say that I really like this company so far. I contracted ASAP credit repair to help with my credit score in buying a home. All within the first month, my score jumped by 76 points. They were very fast and they are very communicative about the process along the way. I am now within the third and final month of my credit repair and I am hopeful that I will be back in to the mid to high 700’s. Speaking to someone is very easy and I have to say that the cost comparison to what I would pay with other companies is very competitive. I will update this post to let everyone know what my experience is after the final month goes… The only reason why I did not give this review 5 stars is because although my own personal score has improved very well over these past 2 months, my wife, who I also enrolled into the program at the same time did not receive the same results within the past two months. Her score has not changed at all. I am not sure what the reason is for this. I am waiting to see what happens by this third and final month. Overall, I would say that I would recommend ASAP Credit Repair. Its definitely worth a go. It has met my personal expectations so far.

Really starstruck with ASAP CREDIT. Cindy has been amazing!😀 It took me a while to finally put my trust in this company. I started with a 595 credit score, and 2 months later I’m almost at a 700, and we are still not finished. Very easy to work with and best part is it’s all at your fingertips you never even have to step foot in there office. They send you everything electronically and it is very easy and convenient. If your not from Houston they will still work with you! I’m 6 hours away and it felt like I was there everyday. Put your trust in this company, you won’t regret it.

Man I had a wonderful experience working with these guys. My representative Ash was phenomenal! A-1 service and she was very down to earth and supportive of my goals and dreams. They did a really good job of explaining the process and sharing any and all information that I needed in my credit repairing journey. 10 out of 10 would use again! 💯

1 star is actually too generous! We will start with the lack of communication. They will call and text you consistently for payment but after you've paid the communication is non existent as far as results are concerned. I explicitly stated that I wanted to purchase a home and wanted to get my score to the 740 range as it was not moving from the mid to high 600 range. I also gave a timeline as well. Absolutely no change after spending over $600 with this company. I've been waiting for a member of management to call me back since 01/19. I worked with them since August and absolutely nothing was removed. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do it bc they removed a collection which was untrue. The collection was put on my report in error and I submitted proof of payment. So here we are in February and still zero results! Luckily I did research and raised my score on my own and am clear to close but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with this company's service. They are horrible! Do not waste your money. Subscribe to smart credit, do your research, and do it yourself!

I have just started my services with Asap Credit Repair and have absolutely loved the service so far. I spoke to Ash, whom was very sweet and explainable. They made the process extremely easy and understandable. They answered any questions that I had in a very respectful manner. I will come back and update on the progress when I start to see results.

Everything sounded good in the beginning, I paid them in full with no type of payment installment. It’s been over a year and only 2-3 items came off. She sounded like she was so sure she can get them to drop off my repos and so many others. I don’t know if I’ve paid upfront and they slack on it or what but also I wanted to see if I would have paid them in payment plan would they have worked harder just to make my money worth it or maybe I’m just not one of the lucky few they take serious . Guess I will never know . Very unhappy with the service , I wish I could get a refund but I’ll take it as a lost since they took out 2-3 items , I guess they did something ! And I know it would be a hassle to get your hard earned money back from leaches. I wish I knew that it wasn’t going to work , I could have use that money to buy clothes and shoes for my children considering I’m a single mom trying to better myself wanting better things for my children.

Dex-Ann was friendly, helpful, and calming at a rather frenetic time of my week. She helped me get set up for a consultation which I had a couple of hours later with Cindy. She explained my situation and what she could try to do for me. She answered all my questions and made sure I could call back if I had any further questions. ASAP Credit Repair & Financial Education have done a good job getting letters out to my creditors and the deletions are starting to roll in. Covid has made things slower at the credit bureaus but progress is being made

This was the best company out of all that I vetted. They are probably the most honest out of them all, they won’t do services if they think it’s something you can handle on your own or if they think they won’t get results. They are completely result driven instead of money driven. They were also nearly one of the cheapest companies and got 80% of the negative accounts removed from my report. And the one that I really needed removed they were able to come through. I would recommend them to anyone especially with being completely done in 90 days and not dragging out the services. That’s what appealed to me, in addition to the lower pricing with the option to break up the payments if needed. I really appreciate Joe, and Richie, and Cindy and the teams there that really gave the best customer service. I have high standards for that, and no one said this isn’t my teams account or my account so I’m not helping. Everyone went above and beyond to answer all questions and make me feel very comfortable. I spent several days researching Credit Repair services to assist me with rebuilding my irresponsible use of my credit. After reading ASAP Credit Repair reviews I felt I should give them a try. They have definitely helped me with rebuilding my financial future. I used ASAP credit repair about a year ago and went from having several open collections to only one. They were able to get items removed that I have been disputing for years. My score also went up from in the low 500’s to 604. Credit cards I would never have been considered for were suddenly sending me correspondence and accepted a few such as Capital One Platinum, Credit One Platinum. I won’t say it will happen overnight but you will slowly see things coming off and before you know it your score is moving up. In other words if they can get it off they will and if not they’ll be open and honest with you about it. On top of the credit repair their customer service was also great. I always got response to my questions in a timely manner.

I had a great experience with ASAP Credit Repair. My credit score prior to utilizing ASAP was poor to say the least. Afterward my score has gotten so much better. I haven’t had positive scores like this in ten plus years. I highly recommend ASAP. You will not regret it.

I was satisfied with the services I received from ASAP. Everything went well and I felt comfortable giving them my information to work with. Everything was detailed and when questions came up, I felt comfortable with my Representative to ask what could be silly questions in my mind but never came across like that to them. My honest and fair review. I tried this company once before and didn’t get ANY results and spent $500. Joe offered to do another round free of charge and nothing. That was in 2017. I waited till 2020 and figured everyone deserves a second chance. I paid half and wanted to see what results would be. Been into this 60 days. Again, nothing. Not even a dispute rebuttal from a creditor, no letters of debt verification, no letters of anything from any of the three credit bureau’s. It’s extremely disappointing and feel scammed. All I hear is were in first round, wait and be patient. 60 days in “some” results should have been noticed. It leaves me to believe nothing was sent out on my behalf and or worked. I would highly recommend not using them. I feel let down and scammed. I could understand if they sent out 10 letters and only got 4-6 replies from creditors. But to get 0 in 60 days speaks for it self. I say try Credit Law Center or Ovation or something. I’m looking into changing. I even provided FTC,Police, and theft id reports. I’ve contacted all 3 bureaus and they haven’t received anything. They advised with this info it should have been removed ASAP and blocked. I truly feel they didn’t do their part. Think the reviews left are from employes

A co-workers only paid $ 200 to another company and in less than 4 months he is already out and he has more debts than me. I ask for my refund but they say a thousand excuses for not returning my money. they only say that because of the covid everything has been delayed. They made me waste my time and money but I hope to get them back. then in the emails this and that were fixed but they were never really bad. I don't recommend them at all

I am very impressive with ASAP. They worked with me payment plans that were affordable and I am thankfully. Over the last year or so, they have improved my credit tremendously and we’re always easy to reach. They make communications easy because they text!! I do lots of texting over phone calls and it’s been very convenient for me. I highly recommend them!

On September 2021, I turned to ASAP Credit Repair to remove negative items from my credit report. I had ONE on Experian and THREE on TransUnion. After reviewing my credit report, I was told that it would not be a problem. "We attack all negative items at once in three rounds" I was told. I shelled out $250. They made me wait 45 days before I could see a result. During that time I was getting B.S. emails and text messages of how they've started the process, TO GIVE THE APPEARANCE that something was being done. And you know what? NOTHING! There was absolutely NO CHANGE in my credit report. My score actually took a dive (not their fault, though.) I logged in to my Experian account and didn't see a single dispute open or any sign that something was being done. So I asked for PROOF of work: 1. Where are the letters you supposedly sent? Answer: The letters are proprietary information and cannot be disclosed. 2. Did you attempt to change the addresses? Answer: We don't change addresses that's something you do. 3. So what did you do? Answer: Our credit department handles that. 4. Ok, I want to see the certified mail receipt of the letters have been sent. Answer: We'll have someone give you a call. The runaround was evident, so I called my bank did a chargeback on my credit card. They took $250 to SIT there and DO NOTHING. In frustration, I purchased a course on credit repair and was able to remove the ONE negative item from Experian and another one from TransUnion within 30 days, which shot my score over 85 points! And now I got pre-approved for a car loan at a reasonable rate. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ASAP CREDIT REPAIR.

This service has been phenomenal. Originally I was nervous to try a credit repair company, with no knowledge on how the process works. I initially called to find out, and the process is so simple. They fight on your behalf to dispute items on your credit report, and you just sit back and watch! Originally I had only paid for two rounds but because of a law change in delaying the credit repair process, I was given an extra round of service as a benefit. My credit score shot from low 500’s to 666 now, so I’m stoked. This is in combination with building good credit building habits that I picked up from ASAP credit repair.
