Truist Peachtree St, Atlanta

I was hopeful that after the merger the service at this bank would get better, but somehow it has managed to get worse. Sure they spent a ton on marketing but the staff are still overworked, the wait times are crazy (especially if you need an actual banker), there is no sense of urgency and zero attention to detail. Way too many errors keep happening. SO much that when I have them do multiple transactions, I make them close out each ne separately so they don't mess it up. I will be closing both business accounts I have and my personal account with Truist. Worst service ever.

Its good that suntrust hires people with disabilities it would help if they let their customers know ahead of time. Jason Floyd ,one of the workers at this location, is not the brightest of people. Wouldn't want such a slow person handling my money

Went in to meet with a banker about a transaction dispute, and met with Demetrius Gentry.... who got on the phone and did the EXACT same thing I could’ve done independently without wasting the trip over to the branch. He then wraps up the meeting by handing me a form that I need to FAC back to the FRAUD DEPARTMENT... He didn’t offer to fax it or collect any information, he simply told me I needed to fax it... Demetrius is a complete waste of employable space.

Accepted a bank loan for a vehicle. Vehicle totalled in a fire. Bank gave my insurance company incorrect payoff amount. Now I'm paying off the amount and the bank continues to raise my minimum due every time I make a payment. Currently, my minimum due almost equals my payoff amount. In addition, the bank is "Nickel and Dime-ing" with random late fees despite early and on-time payments. NO CONFIDENCE IN THIS BANK.

Slowest branch in the country I would imagine! Took 35+ mins to cash a check. Won't be returning to this branch.

Trust needs to step up and support their people, 30 min in line with no one else around, no crowd.... Not okay for clients or staff.

The ATM has not been working and then today no teller at the drive through. I went in the bank and only one teller and the manager was next to her and didn't acknowledge any customers. I have banked with SunTrust since 1970 and Truist will not be my new bank. I've always loved Trust Company/SunTrust but their customer service has gone downhill.

Don't bank at SunTrust. Period. I've been told conflicting info by multiple people at this location, as well as something different from multiple people on the phone from support, on more than one occasion. It took me WEEKS to get a statement. Something so simple took weeks. I was also misinformed about foreign transaction fees despite CALLING and WALKING IN to confirm my credit card didn't have foreign transaction fees. Come home to hundreds in fees, only to be told I had an "older version" of that card when inquiring. But when I asked BOTH in person and on the phone to support BEFORE going oversees, they said no fees. I was not reimbursed. I could list 2 other specific problems I've had with SunTrust. Don't bank here.

Atleast one manager can’t handle simple questions without getting frustrated. I was told I couldn’t access my account because my name was not listed. This guy must have pulled up someone else’s account and didn’t seem willing to help fix the problem he was creating. I would try any other branch.

Demetrius gave me helpful knowledgeable and patient service. I highly recommend this branch.
