I don't usually write reviews, but I had to express my sincere gratitude to Tim, Sherri, and Melissa at the Moreira Team. I am a first-time homebuyer, and I closed on my home yesterday. I took months shopping lenders looking for the best rates. What I found out over time is that most lenders do not stick with potential clients unless it is a guaranteed deal for them. Tim was the exception! He was highly informative and engaging. Tim was continuously checking in to see how the home search was going and updating me on any new loan products that came available. In the end, his commitment to me and the ease at which he made the process has made me a lifelong client. I have already referred him to clients of my own and family so they can have the same incredible experience I did. I strongly encourage you to call Tim and let him WOW you with his knowledge and service.

With this being my first purchase of a home, Moreira Team made this process extremely easy for me. I went in clueless to the this process, and came out with a better understanding and a new home! I especially want to highlight the assistance of Taylor Crandell, she helped me so much through this big purchase. From her responsiveness, to her exceptional customer service, I knew I was in the right hands. She walked me through step by step through everything, so I never felt out of the loop. This was our first home purchase. While we can't therefore speak from prior experience, I can honestly say that Lucky and the entire Moreira Team made the entire process drastically easier than we had anticipated -- and probably as easy and efficient as any lender could. Our purchase opportunity came unexpectedly and with a tight timetable, and from the first phone call Lucky was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient with our large list of questions. I'm not typically a review-writer, but in this case I'll gladly make an exception and give Lucky & Team my full recommendation if you're in need of a mortgage lender.

Alvaro and Co. at Moreira Team have been nothing short of amazing for our clients! As a realtor they offered my clients the best rates out of 3 mortgage companies that I looked at. They guided them through the whole process and were available with any questions that they had. Most of all, they were so quick and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

My mortgage processor, Taylor was absolutely incredible. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable about my VA loan and made the process immensely easier than my previous loans. Taylor excelled at communicating the status of my loan and exactly what was needed from me in order to close. I never had to call and ask for an update, because she was on top of it. I had never purchased a home before, and I had no idea what to expect. I googled "best mortgage brokers in Atlanta" and the Moirera team was at the top. I scanned some reviews and I noticed they were still open (it was almost 8pm). I called, and the receptionist was really friendly. Tim Endress (mortgage broker) text me that night and we set up a call the following day. In less than 48 hours, I had my pre-approval letter! Tim worked amazingly fast to get me locked into the best rate. He was extremely quick to respond/answer calls/texts/emails. He steered me in the right direction for everything and helped to calm my pre-purchase jitters. He even helped me find an insurance company and that recommendation saved me more than $1100 than the closest competitor. Taylor was my processor and she was great also. She is very meticulous and detail oriented, so I wouldn't hit any snags before close. With having never been through this process before, I was surprised at how painless it could be and I was only mad at myself for putting it off for so long. If you are a first time home buyer (especially) request Tim. He's amazing and patient and will walk you through the process. They say that the best compliment is a referral and I have already recommended the Moirera Team to friends and coworkers. I'm very grateful.

I've been leery of purchasing a home due to having heard so many horror stories about people's experiences while trying to buy a home from delayed closings, to mountains of paperwork, and just feeling generally overwhelmed by it all. I'm so grateful to report that I am feeling spoiled and mighty fine because my experience has been so fluid and easy. I think what I love the most is that the Moreira Team took the time to educate my husband and I to all of our options and helped us understand which is best under certain circumstances. We'll be purchasing more homes in the future and wouldn't think of using anyone else for our financing. If you're are not yet working with the Moreira Team...get on it. I highly recommend it!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Moreira team. My loan officer Charles Brown was exceptional and really made the process easy for me. If anybody doubts that it can’t be done then holler at Charles because he made sure all my doubts and questions were met! The Moreira Team came highly recommended from a close family friend who has used them for several of his deals. Al, Taylor (my mortgage processor and main point-of-contact) and her team were all amazing! Both Taylor and Al were lightning quick to respond and were so patient, answering all my dumb questions so thoroughly as we worked through my home refinance together. Taylor was friendly, diligent and had so much integrity. I was almost sad for closing day because in the month or so we spent talking regularly, Taylor was like a friend. I was treated with kindness and respect, professionalism and quick, accurate responses. These conditions were reflected from the top down within the organization, which to me reflects great leadership and very smart staff selection. The staff work diligently and communicate clearly to help you through any hurdles. Taylor was a champion in our corner!!!! Al....You are to be commended for your staff and your company. This was my first time buying a home and everything went great! Being a first time home buyer, at least for me, I was super nervous and anxious at the beginning of the process. Tim and the team answered all my questions with promptness and enthusiasm, and helped me feel more at ease. A lot of times, because I like to talk, we drifted off to other topics and had great conversation! Though all business was done over the phone and digitally, I now consider them my friends. Just to add a cherry to the cake and I am still excited about it, I proposed to my girl friend in the front yard after closing (closed on time!).
