There seems to be only one teller working inside despite different times. Plenty of other employees walking around. I asked if another window could open but was told it was the tellers lunch time. This was at 2:00. Good management knows how to stagger lunches and not keep customers waiting for 15 or more minutes. Multiple people waked away today. Sun Trust was always friendly and prompt. Please hire more or learn to do an employee lunch schedule so customers don't feel like they're a bother.

If I could I would rate this bank a zero for what they are doing to me. I was disputeing there over charges that was inaccurate. I have went to the bank and talked to a manager. I showed him what was happening. He reversed one charge, but told me he wasn't able to do anything else for me. The manager even said they were having problems. I called customer support and they told me that they were going to investigate this. I also talked to a different manager and was told the samething. I still haven't heard anything back from the bank except for a letter that the bank close my account and turned it over to collections. I have tried to call the number on the letter and can't get ahold of anyone from that department. This is the worse bank I have ever banked with. Ever since they went from SunTrust to Truist it went down hill. I'm happy that I never put my Business account with them only my personal.

If I could give this company and the East Bay Dr location minus 5 stars I would. Truly the worst experince ever for customer service or any kind of help! My divorce was not as painful as trying to make my car payments since Truist took over BB &T!!! The experince was so bad after going to the East Bay Dr branch I changed my car loan to another company!

I just started frequenting, this location, a few weeks ago. I work in Largo, now, and there's NO way I would make it, back to St. Petersburg, in time b4 the bank closes. Every time I go in..... the staff is VERY welcoming, VERY kind, VERY professional.

I closed 3 accounts due to fraud, this branch is a joke and refuses to assist with any type of account maintenance, all they say is go online. They opened another "everyday checking account" to transfer funds and attached the compromised card to it and said oh well call in and fix it yourself.

The worst banking experience. Only 2 account managers that keep you waiting making continuous small talk with clients. Totally understand that you want to be personable but a dozen follow up questions for client’s kids school when the reason they are in had nothing to do with their kids is ridiculous. Closing my account here.

I am an an accounting manager for Veterans Funeral Care. I absolutely love the help I get from Catherine Jones. Any time I need anything she is available. Good bank and great people.

There is a guy here named Mo Baydoun and he has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. He helped me set up my LLC and helped me when I lost my wallet. He remembered me and verified who I was since I had no ID. If you need special banking needs, go ask for Mo.

Its never been a swift or easy visit. I'm willing to drive to the Indian Rocks location just to be in and out. The driver thru isn't that busy. However the bank allows people to do all there paperwork at the window. It makes the drive thru a 30 min plus experience, this is unacceptable. When I or one of my employees arrive, slips are done and ready and there done within 2-3mins. Makes you think what the bank is allowing their customers to get away with. You only holding up the rest of the world that all. I've observed serval times now, Suntrust employees doing more chatting then working. I appreciate good work candor as well. But their social camaraderie is stalling our banking Experience. by the way.. I'm speaking on behalf commercial business. we have to make 4 to 5 banks runs every week. That's 3-4 hours a week the bank is steeling from my business. whether i go myself or send one of my employees. I also see from the low google rating that not much has been done about this and Management isn't taken this serious at all. but it need to be heard. Its a shame that SunTrust closed so many branch in the Area a few years back. Mainly speaking about the branch on 49th and 118th where Tim King was the branch manager and only 2 mins away from my location. Now we travel 15-20 mins more to spin 30-40 min in a drive thru. But don't you think its funny that if i was to spend another 10 mins driving to the location on Indian Rocks Rd north of Westbay Drive, and your in and out within 5 mins and already back by the time someone greets you at the drive thru on Eastbay and Starkey. 5/7/2021 Now that the 2 location have closed on Indian rocks rd and Bellaire. I'm forced to use this location again. They are aware who I am and that i wrote this review and now i feel like they are attentional making me wait longer at the window then what is necessary. Todays experience was 25-30mins at the window in the commercial lines. not inline, at the windows. we had 2 very simple deposits. There is no excuse for this, Please feel free to contact me to address this.

I've been to this location twice. The first time I needed checks and was told they could ship me 25 for free. Then they charged me for them. The second time I needed to re-activate my credit card that I had lost and then found. I waited to speak to someone and they told me it had been reactivated, but it still did not work when I left. At this point I simply don't 'trust' this Suntrust.
