    My wife and I had a really great experience with this dealership! Special circumstances came up and the original Armada we were interested in had changed, but Kathleen and the staff made everything right and helped us out. We walked away with our dream car at an affordable price and couldn’t be happier! I do, however, highly recommend getting a pre approval with an autoload prior. We used Capital One and the combination of them and the dealership really made us succeed with an awesome deal!

    Gerald Sanchez and manager Nelson Reyes are truly a blessing! My wife and I were able to drive out of there in a brand new vehicle with a lot of benefits like lifetime warranty, road side assistance, etc. They both worked hard to make me comfortable with the monthly payments which I expressed I was concerned about. I must admit I was a little hesitant at first but the way these gentlemen made sure we were happy and comfortable with taking this new step and the awesome customer service and kindness made all of this possible.     Brandon was my sales person. Never told me what car to buy . He showed me every car I asked about . Went through the price the miles . Test drive . I came back a few times and Brandon always took the time to talk to me and show me all the vehicles I asked about .I have bought two vehicles from Brandon in four months and I see myself only buying from Nissan .my child’s mother and her Sister also bought cars from Brandon. Just a good person that makes buying a car easy. Even the sales managers were great .

    BRANDEN was the best over here at Nissan of Clearwater. I came in closer to closing and he still made the car buying process easy, convenient, and easy to understand. He always waited during the ENTIRE car insurance verification! With this being my first car purchase, being younger can be a bit intimidating but the manager JAMIE worked with me to give me the best deal available and BRANDEN did awesome explaining all my options, key features, and policies that I could use in the future .     Buyer beware! Advertised prices mean nothing. You will be presented with a significant price increase when you attempt to purchase a vehicle. On 3/2/2022 we spent 2 hours looking at a Jeep Wrangler. The advertised price was increased by $2,000 as soon as we arrived. The increase was for nitrogen in the tires, paint protection, headlight clean/protection, interior cleaning/protection, locking wheel lug nuts (which are already included when the Jeep is sold new), 90-day accident plan (I already have insurance), etc., etc. I told Brandon the salesperson before we sat down to talk numbers that we had our own financing from our credit union and would not be paying the $2,000 in extra bogus fees. I clearly stated to him that if a ton of extra fees are added we will be finished before we start. He said he would get us the best price possible. Well after we sat down he comes over with the sale price.....almost $39,000 from a sale price of $32,500. A $6,500 increase, of which about $2,200 was state tax and $388 in fees to the state. That is roughly $2,600 in fees to the state. The remaining $3,900 was dealer fees! We told Brandon that we were not interested unless he could sell the vehicle for THE ADVERTISED PRICE and attempted to leave. He did the typical let me get my manager BS and they chased us out the door. Dealers like to try and beat you down mentally by keeping you in the dealership speaking to multiple people going back and forth until you give in. If you cannot sell the vehicle at the advertised price because "we are going to lose money at that price" then I suggest you adjust your price before you advertise. Otherwise, you are wasting people's time with hidden fees and inflated prices.

    Buying a car can be a very stressful event...however, Miguel Toledo made this experience a positive one. I appreciated his honesty and his 'no-pressure' vibe. He was very patient with me and the process. My only advice to potential buyers is to go in knowing exactly what you want because the finance guy will put some pressure on.

    Don’t even waste your time. This was about the 3rd dealership I’ve been to, exploring my options. I was open minded to an inflated price for the trade of a nice and reliable vehicle. I got here at 11am and didn’t leave until 6pm. ALL DAY LONG I WAS PLAYED! So many papers to look at and the whole process was done with mistakes. I was getting told different things by different people. I was told I was approved and only needed insurance to walk out. The women helping me do insurance barely understood conversational English or how to use a computer. Even looking at my ID she spelled my name wrong into the program multiple times. Then, I was approached by the sales manager saying I wasn’t applicable to buy a car there (after literally signing contracts) because I had a small overdraft when I was told I didn’t even need bank statements. Not only that, the overdraft was on a stub month they didn’t need as I provided too many statements. LOL ! This was the most annoying and HORRIBLE experience at a dealership I have ever had. I am truly at a shock.

    I came here for service to mount and balance 1 tire. Just 1. It took over 3 HOURS to replace 1 tire. I even provided the tire for them to replace! On top of it, I was quoted that to mount and balance 1 tire would be $25, tell me how the total came out to be $45! While you wait for your car to be serviced you will also experience extreme pressure from sales to buy another car or trade yours in. Don’t want to trade your car in or buy another? Perfect you will be treated like trash with salesmen making smart comments and ugly faces in reaction to you not doing business with them. Overall this dealership is the slowest, most uncaring, and worst place to service a car. Drive a little farther to Lowkey Nissan if you want better service and if you like honest prices! Horrible experience with people who give Nissan a horrible reputation.

    Chef's Kiss! I've been treated poorly at several dealers in the past, so to receive such amazing service in such a breath of fresh air. They are still a dealership and need to make money; so you can't expect to get over on them, but they will be honest, upfront, and fair with you. They will go out of their way to be accommodating, from their salesman, to their finance, to their service department. Never have I experienced such an easy seamless process. There have been a few issues with the electrical parts of my used vehicle (2019 Sentra) its all been covered by warranty and their service department has gone above and beyond to get me to and from work as well as a rental since parts are out of stock. They try their very best to make sure you aren't inconvenienced. So much could be learned from this team of people. I'll never buy a car anywhere else.

    If you are looking to buy a car buy a car this is the best place to go. We had to buy a car suddenly because our car was totaled due to weather. So it was the worst day ever for us but Pete and Tonya were the best people to deal with. Both my husband and I were dreading going to the dealership and when we got there had a mindset on what we wanted and we were not going to budge but we also knew that I had the worst credit on Earth so we were expecting to be told no right away. Instead of all the other times when we have gone to look at cars Pete set us down right away we went through the numbers and found out what we could do first before looking at cars and getting our hopes up and then finding out that we couldn't get into anything. Pete and Tonya were so wonderful they got us into a beautiful 2018 Nissan rogue a car I would never have imagined I could have been able to get it with my credit so I am forever thankful for them and will recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car they are wonderful people and made us feel so comfortable and helped us so much when we needed it the most. From start to finish it was the most relaxing calming car buying experience I've ever had. If you do have bad credit and think you cannot get into something go here and ask for Pete he will treat you well and help you anyway he can just like he did for us he will be very up front with you and that is what makes a difference. This will definitely be the place we go for our next car!!!

    Had issues with Alternator. Replaced and they also saw my air con compressor was shortly in need of o rings. Replaced them as well. Took other 2016 Murano there for regular maintenance. Appreciated the overall inspection of the vehicle for potential issues. Also the car wash always appreciated! Thanks

    The “manager” who was assigned to work with us was the most condescending man I’ve ever spoken with. He would ask a question and then never stop talking to hear the answer. He went on a ten minute diatribe about “the market” and then continuously interrupted me. He also tried to condescendingly explain basic math. Avoid this dealership, there are plenty of other options on US19

    Do not trust them to work on your Nissan. Everything they touch is not fixed right. They will then give you the run around. This is part of why Nissan is losing sales, shoddy work. Update 2/11/22. Rep contacted me, I was grateful and replied. I had to follow up 2 days after, but no reply or resolution. I had it fixed and mechanic told me they did not replace both and most likely replaced the wrong rubber seal. So it was shoddy work, followed by poor customer service and no accountability.

    My husband and I just got back from trading in our 2015 Honda cr-v for our new 2019 Nissan frontier and our experience was wonderful. Although we couldn't get the one we were actually looking at online Malcom our salesman was able to get us in another one the exact same year and in the same condition with almost the same mileage. Once we found what we were looking for Malcom and our finance guy were completely diligent about making sure we walked away with the price we were comfortable with. Malcom was one of the best salesman we've have the pleasure of working with as he was very knowlageable, accommodating, and very laid back during the whole process. My husband and I felt no pressure in having to leave with a car. And although i can't remember our financial guys name I do want to give him recognition he was also very nice, thorough, and very fast. The overall experience was amazing!

    My oil change was done. I didnt get my car wash like I was told I would. I didn't get a call that my car was done being worked on. I dropped my car off with my dad's truck and his truck was not fixed at all. A sales man decided to argue with us when we picked up my car. And the guy who helped my dad didn't follow threw with anything he had told us.

    Not happy with the service and integrity with honoring warranties. This is how they installed my lift kit on my purchase and then said that it was installed properly. The brake line is suppose to be bolted to the frame. See the latter photos of what's currently on there lot. These were properly installed. Make sure you check the quality of the work prior to signing a contract to purchase a new vehicle.

    We don't bring our car here anymore for service because there were always tire problems afterward, and also the detail guy kept going thru all our personal items in the car. For example he had to inspect all of our cd's and make them sticky and also leave prints on them. If I have to start taking everything out of my car to prevent that guy from examining everything I own in the car, then I will bring my car somewhere else because that is ridiculous. If employees can't be trusted this isn't a place I want to leave my car for service.

We would have emailed Filipe through the corporate web site. He got back to us the next day. Explaining that Clearwater was going to get the vehicle like that in in the next few days.     I bought a 2015 Dodge Charger from this dealership and the whole experience has been great. Thomas, my salesman, worked his tail off to get me what I wanted for what I wanted to pay, late on a Saturday night. The car had a problem with the speed sensors in the front wheels which I knew about when I took delivery, but their service department took care of it with no questions asked. I highly recommend this dealership.

    They worked with me even know I didn’t have the best credit score. My salesman was Felipe, he was great to work with. No pressure from him, the truck I got was used and bought it on a Saturday. They were replacing the timing belt and didn’t know when it was going to be delivered. Felipe gave me his personal number and kept me up to date. I suggest if you don’t have the best credit and don’t want to feel pressured go here and ask for my guy Felipe.

    My husband and I have been looking for the 50th anniversary Camaro for a while. A search that is hard when your husband is a Master Technician for GM and Cadillac and knows what not to buy so most cars are not up to his standards of excellence.     🎶Hey hey what can I say? 🎶 My mom had been shopping for her car, from months and days, with no luck,so finally we decided to try Fucillo Nissan. When we arrived Stephen, greeted us with a big smile to let us know that he was there whenever we would need him. And let me tell you something, he was very patient with my nervous mother. You see, she’s never really had a car payment so this was a huge step for her. Stephen was kind and gracious and most of all funny as hell. He knew my mom was nervous and he would do his best to make her laugh and make her car buying experience easier and less stressful. He got with one of the managers and they found two cars that were in my mothers price range, and that would work with her not so great credit. Once we decided on the car that she really really liked, Stephen did everything in his power to get her this car At the best rate possible. Three days later my mom had a car in the price range that she wanted, and LOVES. So when you’re shopping around for cars go to Fucillo Nissan in Clearwater and see Stephen! He will make your car buying experience the best you’ve ever had. He will make your car buying experience less stressful than it seems. But watch out he might give you a little dance!

    I visit Nissan Of Clearwater on Tuesday at 2:00 pm for my appointment to have my car repair while I was waiting on them to finish repairing my car I was approach by one of the employees in regards of selling my car which i ended up trading my 2019 Nissan Altima for a 2021 Nissan Altima at the end of the day. My experience with the employees were excellent above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite when speaking to me, took time in caring for my needs , was very encouraging, they had a motivation spirit, the most important to me was they all was very HONEST with me which what sold me in trading my car for a new car and also they are very professional employees.

    Worst dealer ship , fuccillo and the new management (Morgan ) They called me for a trade . Saying zero $ down payment, and they will get my new payment to be lower . I went today for sure none of this was true . Plus I asked if they’re gonna run my credit or if it’s going to effect my score.? The answer was no , not before you sign a new deal if you liked the offer. And the deal was a trade with 1000$ down payment and 60$ extra on my monthly payment, and they run my score and drop it down. Be careful people what you’re dealing with.

    Just popped in to check the new 2021 SV Plus Leaf that was found in inventory during a call to Nissan Of Clearwater earlier the same day. It turned out that after the test drive we found the car to be just for our needs. Highly recommend the experience, both the car and the dealer. All went well, but there was a small glitch that we were promised no payments at the same day, but it turned out not to be true. After all, good experience still. Would recommend to visit this dealer and I would go again.

    I had narrowed my list of vehicles to only 2 or 3 that I researched online. Sam Buffington took such great care of me and my wife. He explained everything, showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the Service Manager since we will become close during the ownership of my new Nissan. I chose Nissan out of brand loyalty. I had previously purchased a 1987 Nissan Pickup that I loved every single 283,000 miles I drove it until she finally threw a rod and became too much of a burden to carry on with. . I'm finally back into Nissan comfort where I should have never left. I love my new to me ride, a 2019 Rogue Sport SL. It's peppy and yet great on gas. It looks great and offers a shade of Wow as she goes down the street. I love how it drives and the I'm still learning to appreciate all the driving skills it has. Road trips, here I come!

    Went to this dealership early morning for oil change and service. Left for work with the car. Heard loud noise from tires. Checked the air levels to find two tires were overinflated, and two tires they let the air out of and were dangerously low. This could of caused a serious accident while my kids were in the car. I suggest this Nissan monitor whoever is supposed to put the air in tires. They probably are spiteful and look to harm people.

    The sales team is top notch. Sam Buffington is a great guy and has been wonderful to do business with. Everyone on the front sales floor is super nice, and they get you in and out as quick as possible. They all work really hard in order to make their customers as happy as possible.     I went in to crown because my hood would not open. Spoke with parts and I was told it was ordered and should be in by end of week. I show up a week later waited an hour and a half for nothing just to be told part was never ordered. Fast forward to December. Yes December I called to find out about the part I ordered in July. Spoke with Tony and he had the part their in a few days. Took car in only to find out it was diagnosed wrong. I asked Alex in service if they could do a oil change as a courtesy he said no we don’t do that. Ok Alex noted. I had to have my parents pick up my car since I work full time and James in parts gave me a courtesy oil change. I called Nissan booked an oil change for Saturday morning at 7. I showed up and waited till 7:20 and it was a ghost town, no one showed up. I wasn’t going to waste anymore of my time on Nissan in Clearwater. Horrible customer service, Alex in service very unprofessional and rude. Tony in parts thank you for getting my parts. James in parts you offer a lot and never deliver. I took my car elsewhere and paid for the oil change which was well worth it. I will never recommend Nissan Clearwater to anyone.

    Bought a Charger here used. Problems with brakes since day one. I've had to come back 5 times alread just to get these people to do the right thing and replace the pads/rotors. Sales department great. Finance great Service - how you get a bad wrap for the industry. The experience I had here makes me wish I bought the cal elsewhere. Couldn't be more disappointed.

    Let’s start with the good. The people is super friendly and the dealer itself is really nice. Now for the rest. I bought a used 2012 GMC Acadia from them in July 2021. Being new to the area and with Covid driving prices up we went for it since inventory was extremely low and prices kept climbing and we needed a car. Even though they say there are no codes and that the car is in excellent shape here is the list of things I have had to get fixed so far: All three engine mounts ($1000), thermostat (~$450), thermostat casing (~$400). I’m not by any means a mechanic so each of this trips elis extremely expensive. Now it needs a new solenoid/starter, not sure yet but will know tomorrow, since it is having issues turning on. This is most likely another $500 job. To this we can add the fact that it also needs new front shocks and struts which was already diagnosed. All this in a 9 month timeframe for a car they supposedly certified. I am convinced that I was sold a “lemon” but it being a used car you don’t really have many options. Not sure about their new cars but if you are looking to buy a used car I would recommend you look elsewhere.

    Charged me for tire rotation and didn’t rotate the tires. Didn’t honor a coupon that was emailed to me. Recommended I do a brake flush when I just did one less than 5k miles ago. Told me it as checked and the brake fluid was filthy. Impossible. Totally unacceptable all around. Will never be coming back.

    Scheduled service online and was called and told I couldn't get a Recall repair done at 6:30 PM. I informed the lady that I would be leaving the car and there was no rush for the repairs (this is a second vehicle for us). She was rude and stated that I didn't put that in the notes but fine. We ended the call. Today receive a call again, from Leanne, who again tells me I can't bring my car in at 6:30 PM tonight. I said I'm not sure why you are calling as I spoke to someone already yesterday and I would be leaving the car so that it doesn't matter my appointment is at 6:30 PM. Instead of that being the end of the call, which it should have been, she proceeds to tell me, ever so rudely, that there was no notes in here about that and she just doesn't want me mad over things not getting fixed tonight. I said again, I don't care how long you have the car, I don't know why we are still debating this. She said you don't have to be so rude to me. I then stated that it was her who has the attitude and I don't have a good first impression of this place. Can I please speak with the Service Manager. She tells me he isn't available. I said again, I would like to speak to someone above you and I'm sure someone is available. She places me on hold and comes back on the line and says, As I told you he has glass doors and I can see him and he has someone in his office and refused to put anyone else on the phone. Then she states do you just want me to cancel the appt. I was like now you assuming things cause I've never stated I wanted to cancel the appt. We ended the call. I left work and went straight to the dealership, spoke to Keegan the Service Manager. Very nice gentleman who I hope rectifies this situation with this employee. As I was standing in the service lobby being checked in, Leanne walks up to another service advisor and starts talking about me and our phone call!!!! Calling me all kinds of names, saying I'm crazy and so on. I informed Keegan that she was standing there as we speak talking about me. I walk back over and she says, she will be here at 6:30 good luck with that one and I said, Excuse me, I'm already here and Keegan is aware of how you have been handling this situation. Should have been careful as you never know who is standing in the lobby of the Service department. I should have never been called the first time, nor the second time, and I never should have been treated the way I was. Leanne needs customer service training or another line of work! Not a good first look for Future and Potential Customers! Hopefully this situation gets handled, Nissan of Clearwater I'd love to rate you higher but first impression.......

    I got my 2018 Nissan kicks last June. Since than I have been presented with many offers to trade but always declined because it was always about the "sale" Today I went in for maintenance on my vehicle and was approached by Giennaro.     Love this place my MOM bought A Nissan Pathfinder here.BTW PROPS TO MARCUS AND PETE FOR THE SHIRTS ON THE 27th of july anyway It's under warranty until beautiful car especially for how many people you can fit in it. They will run it through the carwash for you they will make sure your tires are where they're supposed to be. We just happened to pull up there one day when we had a low tire and we were doing well she was due for an oil change they did that and entire it was great. I also have snacks Coffee water and it's all free and it's good coffee they also have tea as well they also have a children's room or are you they play which is closed right now due to covid but it's actually really cool everyone there has a pretty good spirit about them and I would definitely recommend this place remember their huge LOL

    Don't expect a thing after you sign on the dotted line. Simple issues are still not resolved after several weeks of follow-up. Dealership manager is largely unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. TONS of texts and emails when I expressed interest in a car. After I purchased, suddenly none. Sales folks are the only ones who have tried to help. Here are pictures of the underside of my truck when I went underneath it to check the exhaust connections. I also discovered that I am missing tow hook bolts and front mud flaps. This is a BRAND NEW truck. So, YOU decide if getting a car in this condition is acceptable. Caveat Emptor. * Update: One issue has been corrected by parts team, but in the interest of time, I purchased another missing part on my own. I still have not received a phone call from the manager, after multiple attempts to get in touch. Instead, I received a frustrated and upset email explaining the stress of the current COVID-19 situation on the dealership. Despite the current situation, a buyer of a brand new vehicle is still entitled to a minimum set of expectations with respect to a new vehicle. Those fell far short of acceptable. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big financial decision, particularly considering the gravity of current events. With so many choices in the Tampa area, there's no reason to accept anything less than a positive buying experience. ** In response to the '"owner", your dealership has my contact information. I'm happy to discuss anytime. As of 5/11/20 I have heard nothing back from the "owner".

    Hello, I bought a truck from you guys which I was over financed. May of last year it was stolen and I had taken gap insurance. Which only paid 96.6% of the vehicle loss. I was directed to one of your managers Phill manager and to Jarod in financing. They said that there was nothing wrong. I had to pay over $3,000 out of my pocket for the loss of my vehicle that your company had over Finance me. Why would I want to do business again with a company that cheated me ripped me off! And over finance me, forged paperwork to get the loan and ding my credit 4x's . I waited over 8 hours when I traded in my 2014 California Edition Mustang 5.0 GT. I showed them the Kelley Blue Book value where they told me to go then I will get that price. The manager's name was Phil. Who low balled me. The next day I waited 4 hours for giving me a $200 break. I am a sick man and your company did everything to make a sale to make their salary. I will never ever do business with you or your company again. I asked many times to talk to the owner. And was given the shuffle. As well as your sales agent Bob Hope. You don't care about customers you care about your own pocket. I am on social security income now. And in debt because of your company. I hope you all get your stimulus package and I will not because I am SSI The only person that had a heart in your company was Rey Cox which I was grateful for assitance I in helping me get the paperwork for the GAP insurance in a professional manner. You should give me a truck that was a trade in. And I know you're laughing, I lost 5,500.00 on my California Edition 5.0 GT that was like new. Now I drive a 1996 Ford Thunderbird LX. Billy Fuccillo, I wish or maybe you did see the car I traded In. It was like new. And to let you know how I was treated by your staff. I should have never showed the trade in. Where the took your keys and drove it in back so the 8 hours I waited tired and weary s o I would not drive off. As Jared hid the fees and just showed me what he wanted to. Myself being tired signed the contract. And the next day was given 200.00 that I waited 4 hours for. These are some pics I had of my GT. To add on it's December 2nd 2020 still no contact with owner or resolution Ttemt has been made. Not even a phone call to apologize for their over financing me. Not even a refund o. The gap insurance that was at 96 % thanks Billy for nothing not even a phone call. When I owned a cab business I made everyone happy. I guess with your pockets lined deep. 3,000.00 is nothing to you while now my pockets are lined with lint. Buyer beware of fraud this company is noted for.     Christopher the sales man was great! It wasn’t till his manager stepped in and decided to change the price from 22,800k all the way up to 26,000k that we had issues. Work for word “I want to show you that the Kelly Blue book value is 25,000k, so I’m not up selling you a 30,000 dollar car” and what do you know it came out to 30,000k lol. Was not impressed how they managed to tack on 8,000 calling it “taxes” and then on top of that the “certified program listed with the vehicals” doesn’t come with the vehicle, you end up pay for that on top of the listed price. I can see why it’s been sitting on the market for a month lol

    I wish i could give them a zero or less. stay away from this dealership. they lied and cheated us. they tried to add in all the extra warranties after i refused the extras. once i decided not to deal with them at first the manager JOHN KLARIDES said id get my deposit back for my troubles. so i called and asked him for our refund HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. he LIED. I will be checking with an attorney and i will keep making public how they tried to Bait & Switch. the paper work was written up on a vehicle with a different vin # then what I asked for. do yourself a favor Stay away from this dealership.

    Satisfied with the price and the extra amenities which were included in the price. Like the paper work with the lighted desk that speeded up the process. Made the paper work so much easier and then having a thumb drive instead of a wad of papers. Brandy took me through all the car operations. Hooked up my phone and answered all of my questions about service and new safety features of the vehicle. My insurance went down $100. She took care of my trade in and set up the new vehicle. I pretty much just sat down and she took care of everthing. Felt a little guilty just sitting and relaxing while she ran around taking care of all the things one needs to complete this process. Easypeasy!

    I thought the service was excellent, especially getting a video of the issue. However, the cost to complete the repairs was a little high compared to my local mechanic. I understand that dealerships have more qualified mechanics and it’s a tough choice as a consumer to decide between a stand alone shop that is cheaper against the dealership. Given this dilemma, I would still consider using your shop in the future as I was really impressed with the video of the problem

    I won't be back for service. Had my truck for 4 days to replace a thermostat and charge me $616 for it. Total rip-off. Typical repair cost for a thermostat on this truck is around $150-175. No wonder why dealer service has a bad reputation.

    I took our nissan rogue sport for an oil change last Saturday 12/18/21 the car was parked and ready to go when I noticed that even they ran it through the car wash, was not even wiped out and on top of that, the hood wasn’t closed and locked. Good thing I noticed before I left otherwise I could get into an accident if the hood opens while I was driving. I’ m thinking twice next time I need to service the car at this location.

    They gave me good money on my trade in and the salesman was nice, car is great but the service center is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 hours to get an oil change, and I’ve watched my car sit on a lift for two hours before, with the tires off and nobody touch it. You can pay $100 deductible with the warranty and go someplace else. Best $100 ever spent. Everyone at service is completely incompetent. I probably wouldn’t buy another car there just because of the nightmares that comes with maintaining it.

    Everytime we bring it to have them look at something it always they can't find anything but it's still doing the shimming in idle door is still shimmering now I have to come back on Tuesday because they told me the cost wouldn't be worth it but I have wrapped coverage they didn't think it covered but it does my time is worth just as much as everyone there

    Warning , warning and warning for everyone Please pay attention. They always send promotion discounts for customers but when you want to use them they do playing with words and they trying to charge you over price as wath they send for you as a promotion. Just be careful about your pocket and your money.as you can see in photo I uploaded promotion offer is $199.99 (PER AXLE)NISSAN VALUE ADVANTAGE BRAKES, PADS & ROTORS But when I get there they didn't take responsibility about what they send as a promotion then they just trying to take you in and charge you how much they can. By the way I was customer for this location for a while but now I'm not gonna trust them anymore. This review is a honest review. You don't have to be disappointed ,You just should stop scamming Nissan's customers.

    It is the people that work at the dealership that make it reputable and your experience what it is. I went to Fuccillo because my co-worker bought a car there late last year and had a good experience. My experience was a good one because of Sam Buffington. I shopped on the internet to find a dealer that had a large selection of pre-owned vehicles in my mileage and price range. I called ahead and let them know what I wanted and when I was arriving that day. I even got my Amazon $50 gift card from completing the form on the website. Sam took the time to allow me to drive not just one, but a few cars and make a decision. He was patient, knowledgable and honest. He is NOT your typical car salesman, he does his job with integrity and he wanted to deliver a car that would make me happy. Ricky in finance was extremely nice and accommodating. (Thank you!) I did get the certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue I wanted and they worked with me. Thank guys!

    This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I had my reservation about it because I feel all car salesman are sharks of some sort but Fuccillo Nissan was not that dealership. My sales guy Duke was professional in every way. I pulled in an Uber and he helped me walk out with keys in hand. Credit wasn’t the greatest, didn’t have a lot of money to put down, and I wasn’t the easiest to work with but Duke was patient and got it done.

    Brought car in for oil change. Had no problems with the vehicle. After left the dealership realized there were many problems with my car and it was damaged by the mechanics. Definitely feel the mechanic deliberately harmed my vehicle. Looked under the hood after oil change to find no fluids were refilled. Tires still low. Car was uncared for and mistreated. The mechanics should be monitored more to make sure they don't damage people's cars like they did to me. Obvious they are unhappy with their job and employer to do that. Very long wait time for oil change. Also be sure read the bill for service. There were extra charges on the bill that were added and did not make sense. No emplyoyes wearing masks to prevent COVID. All of this since new owner has taken over. I won't be back.

    Sis took her car in for tire check. Was told she had a nail in one and needed a new one. $165+labor. They put on the Spare, right front . That's a BIG NO NO! 'Donuts should ALWAYS be put on the rear!! She took 'bad tire' to Tires Plus on east bay drive. They told her the tire was fine! Nail was so small it never Punctured Through the tire😡 Thank you Tires Plus for truthful service and they didn't charge her a dime😍

    "False Advertizement and Bad Costumer Service" Went to Dealership on the premise they advertise of $5000 over the KBB value of your trade-in. NOT TRUE no fine print "oh you do not qualify for it" reply. We finance in house so no problem! LIE they tried more than 10 lenders who wanted more money as a down payment so the "No problem" became a LIE/PROBLEM. Chris in Financing very unresponsive, Called and texted a Kelly in Costumer Service NO REPLY! after she said she would work to try to earn my business! She doesn't even has a voicemail!!!!

    Went to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter her 1st financed car. They offered us in writing a 2012 Hyundai Veloster with 11000 miles for in writing $7925. It was at Hyundai getting a new radio. I went and looked at the car and asked the manager If I could put a deposit on it he said it wasn't necessary. 5th time there with my daughter getting the Financials taken care of when the finance manager sits with us and gives us a payment on a 3k higher price than agreed. Sale manager didn't answer the phone. They waisted a lot of my time and gas. I was in the car business for many years this is unacceptable. We went to Bert Smith and Shawn took amazing care of my daughter. HE LISTENED And placed her in a great deal. thank you Shawn. As for Fuccillo Nissan We will never return

    Front the first time I walked in and met Sam and he walked me through what I wanted and did everything possible and even though it didn’t work out at time, he continued to kept in touch and kept posted on new offers and news. When we were finally able to make a way to make the purchase, we called up Sam and made an appointment and it was an absolute pleasure to have him as part of our car buying experience.
