Navy Federal Credit Union Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater

I've been using nfcu for almost 10 years and they're absolutely great. I recently needed to buy a vehicle from a private seller and I needed a few changes to my loan. The staff at this branch was great, and went above and beyond to help me. I've never had a single bad experience with this company.

Katerina the front desk receptionist was very kind and helped with me all my needs. She even called me to make sure I received the important documents I needed by mail. A great example of customer service.

Fantastic establishment, everyone there is absolutely helpful and knowledgeable, willing to step up and assist you with your customer service needs. From personal information regarding home loans ,vehicle loan, student loans. Need help with opening a savings or checking account no problem, need information on opening a certificate no problem. Sure these can be done on line as well, but for the one on one experience they are there every time. Yes there can be a wait, but definitely worth and I for one have no problem with the wait. I actually stop in because I had an issue with a deposit on line. I was in and out with 5mins flat. Great customer service every time.

Ms. Bobbi have horrible customer service skill. I don't know why they would allow this lady to work for them. The moment I walked up she had an attitude for no reason she is very unprofessional.I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone.

Review is for Navy Federal as a whole, not specific to this branch. Navy Federal has gone consistently downhill since late 2019. The employees are poorly trained and provide terrible customer service. I've had issues related to auto loan and mortgage. Additionally there are very frequent issues with their mobile app. It's 2021 and NFCU thinks its acceptable to just tell their customers to use the web browser instead. Take your business elsewhere cause NFCU definitely does not care about their customers or doing their job correctly.

I'll never understand why it's so difficult to withdraw MY MONEY. Had to explain to 3 different employees about a withdrawal from my account but for whatever reason they kept trying to get me to do a cash advance. Why do I need a cash advance if I have the money in another account? I literally had to walk out because I was so frustrated with the last clerk because she kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I wanted to do. After gathering myself I walked back in and explained to the 3rd clerk exactly what I said to everyone else and the situation was resolved.

....I have IRA and ROTH not happy at all with the two advisors to whom I entrusted to manage my portfolio. They have never (NEVER) reached out to me since day one. I was just a number and at the end of the day (THEY'RE BANKERS)! I am in the process of rolling over to Fidelity, I checked both Vanguard and Fidelity and will take MY hard earned money elsewhere. Lazy man........ Lazy! Riding the Covid wave....... working from home doing nothing

If you were ever in the service this is the only place to bank. The best interest on CD's in the past and now the only one giving .5% interest on Money Market. Doesn't sound like much but all the other credit unions give little, if nothing in interest on your money. Real friendly personal. I highly recommend this credit union.

This is not my normal branch, but I made a check deposit at their ATM after work on a Friday and I unknowingly didn't complete the proper steps for what I needed done. I placed a call, they explained to me the issue and explained they had already retrieved the check from the ATM and were fully prepared to service me when I walked in the branch hours later.

Navy Federal continues to hinder Veteran Owned Businesses from growing and supporting their community's. NFCU choices to manipulate the consumers accounts in order to charge penalties, these business practices should be illegal and NFCU should be held responsible if not liable for the theft and hardship imposed onto its small business owners. In the current social climate in which we find ourselves along with the financial impacts from Covid-19. How can a financial institution (who stands on the shoulders of Veterans to call themselves tall) whose business " Principles " are that of, "For the Veteran" be so false.
