Consumer First Financial, Inc 46th St, Clearwater

This company initially promised me I would "fly through" their program upon initially hiring them. But it has been anything but easy, if that. So far they have settled one card of mine and left my credit report in shambles. over 30 late payment and collections comments (I have never ever been in collections or had 1 late payment in my life prior to this mess) and depending who you speak with, determines what answer you get to your questions. I have even had management barely lift a finger to help me at times. I found a couple good people to help me, including devon and carrie, but in the midst of this saga I have had to hire an outside credit repair agency to remove the comments I was initially told I was not responsible for. With the world getting more and more expensive and hard, I cannot afford to have my hard earned reputation destroyed becuase someone decides not to do their job. If I could go back in time, I would not sign up with consumer first.

I was very pleased with the help and guidance I received from Consumer Financial in becoming debt free of my credit cards. The program was easy and stress free. They are a company you can trust. I made all my monthly payments as agreed on time and even completed the program earlier than expected. I received a call from Len Hickerson who advised me I had completed the program. I also received all my settlement letters as he promised and I could not thank Consumer Financial enough for all their hard work. I couldn't have done it without you!

After my father past my mother struggled with some debt. She used this company back in 2012. There was one creditor that was very difficult and every few years we would hear from them again. My mother had a stroke a few years back and these calls came in again and really upset her. I contacted this company and they picked up right where we thought this had ended years ago and finally got this resolved. The kindness and understanding of these employees sets a very high level of expertise and professionalism. I hope I never have to use them but if I did, This is the company I would use. Absolutely fantastic! Consumer First Financial resolved my enormous debt in no time. I can’t believe how great they are. I was undergoing health issues during that time and it was so wonderful not having to stress over debt collectors hounding me. I can’t express how grateful I am to this wonderful group of people. Not to mention their Customer Service is top notch. Very pleasant individuals who make you feel very comfortable talking with them about your financial problem and they help to reassure that the pressure will be removed with them handling the negotiations with not 1, but 4 credit card company’s. I reached out to Consumer First Financial at the lowest point of my life. After having medical issues, and trying to raise my two kids on my own, I was physically, emotionally, mentally and financially drained. They held my hand through the entire process of consolidating my debit, explained anything I did not understand patiently, not once did they force any decision or direction to take on me, and were transparent through the entire process. I Tried several times to work out my credit card debt on my own and did not succeed. Consumer First Financial made a plan for me and it worked. It took time and some financial pain but now I am free of debt. CFF was always professional and helpful. I had a couple of months I couldn't pay so I called them up and they postponed my payment for a month. It won't be easy to get rid of your debt but CFF can help you do it.

Consumer First Financial did what they said the were going to do to help my wife and I get out of the bonds of unsecured debt that was absolutely killing us. They helped us get our life back by being debt free!!

This is a super dept relief program that really helps. I spoke with Fay most of the time and she was very courteous and explained everything in a manner I could comprehend!!
