Why would you have a client who has 10s of thousands of dollars in your bank be on hold for 30 minutes to an hour? Then the phone disconnects. This make no sense. When I go in the branch, there’s one teller helping the drive thru and the counter. Disgusting.

So there are 6 employees inside but the inside is closed. 2 lanes open with 4 cars in each lane.. I know you guys can do better. Not to mention none of the employees are social distancing so what’s the point of closing the branch again?

They don't even deserve a star! Absolutely incompetent bank! Management is horrible.

Lines are so slow. The camp creek location lines are usually longer, however they move way faster. IJS

How in the ENTIRE WORLD do you charge $7 to cash a $90 check from one of "your" customers??! Nvr again!!

Poorly managed. Overstaffed but employees are too busy talking with each other instead of assisting customers. The bankers sitting in their office are just as bad. There were 3 customers, including myself, waiting speak with a banker. One was sitting in their office doing nothing and the other was taking her sweet time having chit chat with another customer. There is no respect of people's time here. I took my business elsewhere.

Lousy service. Been waiting in the lobby to close my account for almost an hour while office employees are socializing. Not even coffee offered like most banks. SunTrust has been nothing but disappointments beginning with $7 maintenance fees, then took months to get my debit card then another month to get a replacement. This bank is the worst bank I have ever done business with.

Most unprofessional customer service i have ever experienced, the teller refused to let me take out more than $5000 then gives more to the next customer, this was right at closing! Ultra high fees, incompetent and rude staff - im taking my money elsewhere.

I have to wait at lease 10 min in the drive-thru every time I come. And then wait another 10 mins for my transaction to be processed and I'm only doing a deposit

Poor customer service probably because it’s in the hood on the south side of town.
