Worst customer service I have ever received at a bank and from the branch manager Janet. Came in one day to set up account for my daughter but was told to come back the next to complete since no one was available at the time to complete.. When I showed up to complete the process I was told to make and an appointment and come back another day. The branch manager could not make time to help me for the "5 minutes" to complete setting up an account for my daughter, but she had time to call me back to let me know I could come through the drive-thru and she would help me cancel my account. Also she went ahead and canceled the card that was ordered for my account while I was at another branch trying to finish up setting up the account.

Horrible Experience. Went on Friday,24th july for a cashier check, but was told by Ramy Meakheel that cahier check is not possible today because to transfer of transactions from one account to another account.He was very helpful and told him that is fine, so will come next day. I went there on Tuesday again around 4.30pm and was told cashier check is not possible again as Branch Manager is gone for day and Regional Manager is also not responding and as a supervisor she got no authority to the the level of cashier check I needed.So left again without cashier check. Next in few days Branch called and suggest, since I am not happy with the branch should look for another Financial institute. She still want to continue but at this point I donot think anything was left to discuss and told we will move our all accounts and then hung up the phone

Long drive thru times today. It seems as if only 1 teller was handling several cars and the inside is closed. Not so great experience.

Awful service this morning from a rep named Tamra. I asked her for help and waited 30+ minutes for her to basically call another branch several times (ridiculously slowly), not explain my situation accurately, and receive mediocre help. She didn't offer to help me with the other issues I mentioned as well or even look into them.

My business banks with Sun Trust and I look forward to my daily deposits to see Isis' always smiling face!

Branch staff is very helpful and provides excellent customer service.
