Truist Cochran Blvd, Port Charlotte

Truist is an awful giant of a bank. They are everything that is wrong with corporate America. No one answers the phone at the local branch, they shoot you to voicemail. I cannot find out if a notary is on duty today without driving there and potentially wasting my time. I miss my local Suntrust bank. I won't be a Truist customer for long. I knew this would happen when BB&Fee took over.

Drove to my local trust to deposit some money so I could make labels for my online store. ATM just loading and loading. Desperate I just drove to another truist in the next town and the ATM is down there too!! I’m just not happy with Truist what so ever! My fiancé has an account with them too (switched from Suntrust) and he dislikes this bank more than me!! I’m about to be done with you Truist!!

This bank is super under staff. Do not waste your time calling to schedule any appointments because they do not follow through. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment as needed to cash a large check. I show up and the bank teller was unaware and said no one told her. When I asked for a manager, she said there was no manager. This bank deserves 0 stars.

The line is out the door, most likely because the website doesn’t work and you can’t reach anybody by phone. What a horrendous change over from SunTrust! Pull your money and stay far away from this disaster of financial institution.

Very happy with my bank they have saved me from fraud twice and are always extremely friendly and helpful

Worst banking location ever. Staff calls me at 8am to ask how I’m getting this money. Bank overdrafts my bank account without me signing the form so that I can continue going back and forth with them. So upsetting and I want justice by them getting fired.

I have a credit card that is associated from BB&T and it was transferred over to Truist. It is impossible for me to access my card online. I have been bounced from department to department for an hour and a half and no one can help.

I had the bank for years and when they did that merger with BB+T everything went to heck and a ...well it went to heck!! They moving there locations and at the new locations there ATMs didn't work , every location they were in is gone , the ppl who did this should be fired !!!!there's a lot more but no space

Banker named Kiersten completely lied to me they tried to dirty dog me out of my money this place is a scam they will rob you they will tax you they will take your money legitimately every chance they get do not bank with them warning warning danger Will Robinson

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could pull my loan from there right this minute I would. They do not deserve my business. Yesterday morning I called, they answered but then told me it was too early to help me, they weren’t open yet. Today, the woman was very disrespectful, asked me if I could comprehend what she was saying and then proceeded to tell me she had an appointment in 1 minute as I’m trying to speak to her and ask questions.
