Truist Murdock Cir, Port Charlotte

Been using this bank for years , issues every since opening account . Only reason I haven’t close accounts is , cause I’m praying truist will be a better bank , if not after trying the new platform I’ll close accounts if anything like Sun trust ….Branch is closing , one worker that works . Others just collecting paycheck. Zero star rating from me, don’t deposit checks over 100 bucks or they will hold them for over a week . I legit wish I never open account here , also even when opt out over draft protection , they will still allow money to to be released and hit u with over draft fees . Just my experience hope yours was or is better than mine!

Terrible bank if you have a CD you have 10 days after the maturity date to change or cash it out. You must go into the bank in person to do this.( not allowed online) should you work Monday to Friday you plan for a Saturday to do this. On Saturday they performed system software updates that stop the local branch from doing anything with the account. At the end of the day the bank personnel do not care they have forced your low interest CD to renew at the old rate and denied you access to your funds.

Went inside to deposit check in my local sun trust in my county which does not have a mask mandate , regardless I can’t wear them due to health complications, the women stuffed a mask into my face when I walked in without one when I told her about my health condition coughed into my face and had security escort me out locking the doors behind me.

Do NOT use the drive through ATM, it’s always glitching. The most recent glitch ate $140 I was trying to deposit.

I’ve called two days in a row and no one retournes my call I wanted to know why they care taking money for maintenance on my money market.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. There was 2 tellers 1 was helping people and one was not. Both of their attitudes were absolutely deplorable. Neither one of these people should be working in customer service. I will definitely not ever use this branch again. I will even go out of my way if I have to that's how bad this place was.

This is the worst bank I have every dealt with. They are rude and the customer means nothing to them. After 13 years of banking with them and having my mortgage, checking and saving accounts with them and by the way never missed a mortgage payment or even late. They want to charge me a fee to do a wire transfer. How sad !

This location has a single person working on Saturdays. Expect to wait over 90 minutes to see a banker if you’re here on the weekend.

I've been working with Sun Trust for years. Would always treated polite and courteous.
