They are all so professional, welcoming, knowledgeable about all of our banking needs from checking to home equity lines... staff is also so kind and caring. I'm sorry to have to write this review but I am driven to. I recently had an encounter with this BB&T as to were I went to them because the BB&T system had randomly wiped out my pin from BB&T phone 24. To make a long story short I went up there 3 times to have them to fix it (in 2 days), and called twice. At the end they wanted me to come up there for a forth time. By day 2 they were acting like it was my fault that there system was inconveniencing me! I finally decided to go to the skipwith branch about a mile an a half down the road from them and in 5 mins the problem was fixed. I will never go to that branch again nor would I recommend anyone that I know to go there. I considered closing my account after dealing with them but based on my overall experience with BB&T as a whole I decided to stay. After being with them for around 15 yrs I didn't feel like a valued customer and management that was on duty played a part in it also. I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one only be cause the teller did try to help me the first day as best as she could.

The management and staff here are exceptional! Fast, friendly and professional. This is my favorite branch and will be a customer for life. Whenever I need financial advice, new accounts/products for my business and personal needs, they are always knowledgeable and point me in the right direction without bombarding me with services I don’t need like my last bank. Thank you Gaskins Branch!!!

Best BB&T service in Central Virginia

Absolutely love the people at this bank. Especially Deborah! She saved my life today and made me feel so much more comfortable about my situation and that we would be able to resolve it. She reassured me she would follow up on my case the next day and reach back out with more information for me. 100% recommend talking to her if you have any questions. Thank you so much Deborah!

They are thief’s. Do not open an account with them as they will steal your money with fees. Opened a savings account 3 years ago and forgot we had it. They took everything and then wanted me to pay them for a negative balance. Banks are supposed to protect your money not steal it. BB&T is just as bad as Wells Fargo.

BEWARE OF THEIR ATM: Atm is terrible it never works and it shut down in the middle of transactions. I recently went to deposit cash to this atm and the atm shut down in the middle if transaction not letting me retrieve my card or cash I put in. I went inside and reported this to the manager they said they dont deal with the ATMs is a separate company. Long story short I made them call the company to report t huh is issue and ended up having to file a claim just to get my money back smfh its ridiculous total waste of time!
