Terrible customer service!!. Employees are not competent, don’t return phone calls, give messages and are indifferent to helping you. Worse bank ever!! Don’t put your money in this company. They don’t care anything about you or trying to help you!

This bank is a mess. I'm trying to close out my account there. Any other bank would be better.

Terrible customer service! I would not reccomend this bank to anyone! Older lady with an accent had a real nasty attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need to look for better bank tellers. Her associate wasn't bad but she was terrible.

This location is difficult! Difficult parking, difficult employees. If you’re thinking about going during the day good luck trying to get out of the parking lot.

Horrible place. I try my best to do everything online and through the machines. These idiot workers don't realize that because of their laziness and stupidity automation will take their jobs real soon!

This Branch is the worst. We have substantial funds in this branch. Take my advice...do not put your money here. It is with good reason that they have overall 2.3 stars. Our Business account will be moved.

A few weeks ago, we received a call from a bank representative informing us of fraudulent activity in our checking account. We spoke with her privately, and she showed us a transcript of the unauthorized transactions. We were assured that most of the money could be restored, and we were told that the bank would send us some papers to sign for that purpose. Later that day, I reported the incident to the police, and the officer who spoke with me on the phone said that I needed to procure a written affidavit from the bank before the police could launch an investigation. Well, I called Suntrust, and they referred me to their fraud department. I told them my story, and I told them about the affidavit that the police needed, and so far, nothing to that effect has materialized. I guess I'll just have to call Suntrust back and threaten a lawsuit because we've lost too money to put up with all this foot-dragging.

I don’t know about other people’s experiences here, but I have been going here for a couple months and so far most of the bank tellers are really nice and patient.

They are nice enough. Head teller deosnt smile at all but they take and give my money when I ask them to.
