RESE is amazing to work with! I never have to worry about documents. They are either always on time or checked up on without me even requesting. They communicate well regarding any issues and should I have any issues before the closing appointment or at the table, they quickly get back to me. It has been a pleasure getting to know Alison and Stacy and working with them to provide smooth closings. Also, their post-closers, Joe and Michelle, also are very helpful and great to work with! The rest of the team that I have met have always been friendly and wonderful to talk to. I highly recommend working with them and getting to know them because you will get nothing less than the best!

You just can't find a better more professional and friendly Title and Escrow than RESE. As a Notary Signing Agent in Arizona I can tell you I will always take whatever Signings they send me through Global Agents because I know they are consistently perfect. RESE Title: Real Estate Settlements & Escrow, LLC (Pikesville, MD) was the title company selected by the buyer for the sale of our home in Parkville, MD. Obviously, we did not choose them. The so called senior manager Elizabeth would not return calls or respond to emails. Did not answer any questions or alleviate any concerns. The upper management is clueless, oblivious and would not take any actions or pay heed to clients complaints and concerns about their branch manager and office team. Not sure where to start about the incompetency of their entire office team. We had to call our own mortgage company for the pay off after they asked us to do that at the last minute...3 different times. We talked to the their senior processor Elizabeth so many times asking them to fix mortgage payoff on ALTA. Then a day or 2 later another lady from the same office called asking for our help with pay off (they don’t communicate to each other in the same office?) when Elizabeth had already received it and completed the ALTA. Wait, what? We received a copy of the documents from the assigned notary that we are supposed to sign. While reviewing those, we noticed that the Deed had incorrect sale price on it. I had to ask them to fix that to the correct sale price of the house at the last minute. We had to do so much of double checking and fixing their mistakes, as if this was their first real estate settlement. We felt like we should have been compensated for our due diligence and doing their jobs for them. Unbelievably, a day before the signing another notary public called us to confirm signing appointment; where we had already been talking to the notary public that was initially assigned to us? She even had all the documents for us to sign. How can there be so many miscues? After the settlement, we emailed Elizabeth 2 different times "begging" her to help with our water account/escrow as it continued to stay in our names. Both our emails fell on deaf ears and until today have NOT been responded to. Totally ignored. A simple response would have sufficed even if they refused to help (even though it is their responsibility to see it through the end). So utterly unprofessional! We wanted to talk to the owner, state all our concerns and give them an opportunity to address the issues. So, we reached out to them 3-4 months after the closing. Unfortunately, no one from the higher management team returned our call. We have no choice but to leave this review. We know in this case the title company was selected by the buyer. We are just sharing our experience with them as sellers. Please stay away and choose another Title company if you can.

Working with Valerie and Ty was great! Valerie kept us informed with updates. Ty conducted a seamless settlement for my client and made sure he thoroughly explained each document. Kudos to the whole team!

This company is awesome, and it hires incredible people as well. None more exceptional than Alison Ponce! She is the epitome of what a principled, well-organized, person with integrity looks and acts like. She does not say one thing and then does another, she keeps her word. She makes quick, well-thought-out decisions as well. She also shoots straight from the hip so you always know where you stand with her. After separating from the military in 1995, I have been in the corporate world for the past 26 years. With that being said, working with Alison and RESE Title reminds me of a time when companies put doing what is right and their relationships with clients over making money, and it is extremely refreshing. Kudos to RESE and Alison!!

I thoroughly enjoy working for this company. More importantly, I have established an amazing working relationship with Alison Ponce. She and I go back to when she was working at another company. Alison knows that if she needs a reliable notary to get a job done or a reliable notary to go and fix another notary's mistake, she knows that she can count on me. I love the rapport that I have with Alison and more importantly she knows that she can count on me for quality over quantity. If I have a set time for a closing and I don't have docs I call Alison to lite a fire under whoever needs it to get me the docs so that I can be timely for my appointments. Amazing. My refinance with Sunwest mortgage has been nothing but trouble, but this company was able to fix everything within one day when it came to closing. They were Timely, efficient, and professional/friendly. They did not make me feel like I was bothering them when I had questions and when they did not know the answer to something they got back to me as fast as I could with results.
