Before driving 35 minutes out of the way, I called and asked if I can make a cash payment towards our auto loan. I spoke to Johnathan which he stated “Yes, you can make a cash payment as long as you have your bill statement, government issued ID, and the amount owed”. (Jonathan was actually nice). So I drove 35 minutes out of the way, just for them to decline my CASH payment for our auto loan because my name wasn’t on the loan and my CASH payment may be considered fraud. My husband is military and works crazy hours and cannot make it to the 3 branches of this POS bank in time to make payments before they close.

Worst branch ever. Everyone is lazy especially the pregnant chick. They expect you to teleport there. You have a five minute grace period or they will reschedule you. Even when you’re the only soul in the building vs multiple workers. I’ve been 3 times & every time it was completely empty yet been rescheduled every time. Do not waste your time or gas.

If I could give this bank 0 stars, I would. I had absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever had at any bank. I drove 5 miles out of my way to cash a check a stranger had given me as I wanted to ensure the check would clear. The teller told me she would GRACIOUSLY allow me to use the drive thru, even tho that service is for actual bank account holders. (Nevermind that there were no other cars and yet I already had waited almost 5 minutes for the teller.) My question was.... then why not put a sign up on your drive thru????? Then, after reeling from what I perceived as just RUDE behavior, she added insult to injury by say she also did not charge me the $8 check cashing fee. Mind you this is on a $46 check. My question is WHY would anyone bank with this company? It makes Wells Fargo smell like a rose.

I was a BB&T customer before the suntrust and BB&T merger. I should have switched banks when they announced. The app sucks, the only way to contact your bank is calling them and then the wait is an hour, which makes calling on your lunch break-not an option- if you click the option for them to call you back they never call you back. They need to get rid of overdraft fees, bank charges and I expected change and I was okay with that. But the cluster F that happened, is not what I expected.

Excellent customer service! When I moved here last year, the manager and staff were so helpful in getting everything set up so I could buy a house (which was not the case at another bank who wouldn’t let me open an account without a Texas license - which I couldn’t schedule for 6 months due to Covid). Everyone was so helpful not only on that initial visit but every time I have had a transaction. They even helped me out when I rushed in 5 minutes before closing. Great people who give great service!

Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about here. This branch has bent over backwards for me time and time again. Now BB&T as a national bank is another story. If they’re referring to customer service provided over the phone by corporate, that’s another story that I can relate to.

Save your time any money. They will pass the Buck. Pun intended. Customer service is lacking and they do not care about the customers happiness. Basically told not my problem.
