If you have the option of choosing who to help you with title review/insurance choose wisely. This location and alamo title did a horrible job for me and my family. Janet the VP of this location is very unprofessional and unresponsive. They will do title work for you and not cover all their bases and when issues arise years down the line they will leave you hanging with no help. Janet L has stated to me and my family this was years ago I have nothing to do with it and has tried to wash her hands clean from our serious title issue they have caused. BEWARE just try and complain to their location and they will show you their true colors like JANET L has to us. Now my family is suffering because of their lack of character and knowledge of the products they sell and provide.

Very easy process closing on my house , the staff was friendly and quick to answer any questions, also very responsive to the phones , never once got sent to a voicemail.

So I have picked this title company because it is by the two houses that I have purchased and I know where it is. On both occasions I have had issues. First time had to the title person had to drive from Arlington to meet us. He rescheduled serveral times due to traffic.There was a lot of errors on the paper work that we had to initial and sign. I was worried because some of the errors were financial. The representative was clueless to the process. We used them again for another home purchase. Our bank had to contact me to call them because they were unsuccessful in getting a response as to the progress that was being made on the title work. They were worried since after serveral attempts to contact them with no response that it would have an impact on my interest rate because of a delay. I had to contact them to get them to talk with my bank. I should have switched. My wife and I show up wait 20 minutes finally get to the signing and the some of the paper work is wrong. So because one of the sheets was wrong we waited a good 20-30 minutes for another sheet to get made but the person was out to lunch. So we initialed the document and moved on. The entire process to about an hour and a half. Also the lady apologized with the wait but she apparently didn't find out she was signing until until 10am and we had an appointment at noon. Now my bank is calling me to resign documents because Alamo title made an error. This company is is incompetent and I will never use them again.

We had excellent experience at Almo Title company. They very friendly and accomadating, our house closing went very smoothly.

Great title company. Very good communication and closers are very helpful and nice.office is very nice as well.

All Giggles when you come to do the paperwork. They owe money you call they send you straight to voice mail. Very childish to not answer a phone call. Grownups acting unprofessional. Will be paying a visit for my money. Get out if you can’t face people and handle business.

Alamo Title always goes above and beyond for their clients and Realtors alike. I’ve had MANY successful closings with them and my clients always feel well taken care of are very happy with their services. I would highly recommend Susan Lawler and Shayla and the whole Alamo team at the Hulen location. Thanks!

Went there to close on a house. The people were friendly. A little disorganized on the paperwork but I think most of that was the lender fault. Overall, a good experience.

Erin was great! The service was fast and friendly.

They are nice. However, it sure seems like a challenge to get the paperwork right.... Especially when this is the only thing you do..
