Don't let the outside picture fool you on here. It IS a BB&T bank :-) The people are friendly and efficient. I love that it has a parking lot and drive through. The one disappointing this is they don't have a change counter... So if you're looking to deposit that spare change you have, it needs to be rolled. Otherwise you have to go to another branch.

This isn't a bank, it's a manned ATM machine. Nobody works there, nobody helps, nobody calls you back, and you can't get anything accomplished there

Will not be returning to this location for anything other than using the ATM. Tried to get something notarized. Was told I needed different paperwork. Returned with the correct paperwork and was told they would not notarize my letter because they ‘did not feel comfortable and it’s not notary phrasing.’ When asked why I was not told this information when I came in the first time, since both women working were working both times I came in and recognized me, I was told ‘I don’t know’. UPS helped me notarize my letter, it took 5 minutes. I have been a member of BB&T for 10 years and I have never had such horrible customer service at any other location.

Horrible service, they NEVER OPEN ON TIME

This bank is playing games with peoples money they would let checks clear than a day later they put a hold on a check and freeze the money that was already cleared and now im stuck with fees !!!! The worst bank in america!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!!!!!!!!!
