BB&T sent a letter saying they were going to end the leap program and that they were going to cancel my leap account and send a check of the balance left. They didn’t cancel the account and they proceeded to continue to charge monthly fees. I called the customer service department for the Leap card. They gave me the runaround for about a week and said they couldn’t issue any credits and that you had to physically go into a bank. They were useless. It makes no sense that in 2022 you have to go to a bank to take care of business. I called the bank and they were able to cancel the account but did not refund me the amount I had in my account at the time that they said they would cancel the account. BB&T/Truist didn’t honor what they said they were going to do in the letter and they don’t care about their customers.

The ATM at this lo atino Harley works to withdraw Monet and the drive through is the lowes I have EVER experienced. Like 30 min yo take care of a customer. Pathetic.

People working this location are fantastic. My complaint is with my banking location advertising the celebration of a historical mass-murderer. Granted Oct 8 is a national holliday and the bankers deserve their free time, but how hard would it be to change "Colombus Day" to "Native Peoples Day" or simply omit the genocidal man with a penchant for murder and dissmemberment's name? I hope some thought will be applied to this from higher up.

Horrible! My money got stuck in the ATM machine & for some reason it’s hard to give me my money that got stuck! Horrible service. I’ve been without money for TWO DAYS because of this. Nobody seems to know the exact day or when I’ll be getting my money. Just horrible. Makes me want to change banks!!

Drive-through tellers are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Nobody said hello I was ignored for 10 mins, not even a “we will be right with you”. Nothing to acknowledge me or the the other five people in line. When I finally asked if I could just get a time on how long it might be or if they were only accepting customers through the drive through, the bank tellers lady’s had only attitude.

I came it to set up online banking and the representative tried to "sell" me on getting a credit card. She told me all she needed was my monthly income to tell me how much credit I was approved for. I told her I didn't need a credit card but she insisted on getting my income. I told her but decline the offer. The next day I found out she ran a credit check! She also asked me to sign a document, stating it was just to verify that I told her my income. I am very disappointed that my credit was ran without my permission. This negatively effected my score for something I didn't even want or ask for. Apparently they get some kind of incentive for selling accounts! Just terrible!

This location is pointless. Hardly ever open or operating properly. Pathetic is the only way to describe this place.

Typically fast service (depends on the time of day course) and the staff is so friendly! They treat me as family.

I have been doing business here for you years and awesome staff, service and experience.
