The staff representative that helped us was polite and professional. The outside smelled like urine. I mentioned the smell to one of the employees and he said it's because homeless people urinate on the side of the building. Really?? Nasty!!

Over the years, I've been buying items from this store! It always has a warranty of 30 days, returns, no questions asked. Now you have to buy insurance (15 or 30 days! ) for every item you buy, or take it as is! You became SCAM ARTISTS by forcing the customer to buy "perhaps" defective items? This is not a (GOOD) way to do business? You need to be HONEST. Period.

Overated pawn shop, over-priced items. Best attribute is lay-away prices for much of the inventory

Called to get an idea on prices for some items I had kicking around and had the privilege of speaking with Clara, and she quoted me best she could with out seeing the items. I went in and the place was busy and I was still greeted in seconds. Finally Clara happen to be the one who I worked with and she gave me even better pricing on my items then quoted. She was friendly, knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. We even chatted about tattoos and life. Overall, I would do business with them again and again if I had more unwanted items kicking around or if I needed something and didn't need it to be brand new. Thanks Clara for the laughs and great service. Also, the other staff members seem to be pretty friendly as I watched them with their customers. How ever, Clara was super AMAZING 😉

The one on Poinsett Hwy is very rude. I was trying to make a sale and the black girl that works in there was getting smart about my items with why is this like this or why this like that. I mean I am trying to get money and you wouldn't have a job if people don't pawn things. Very rude and slow customer service. I dont recommend that one. You should treat people with respect

I read some of these post yall do realize its a pawnshop right and the way pawn buisness works they ARE NOT going to pay you same price you paid for something and the only thieves usually ones they bring stuff into pawn….ive bought and sold alot to them never had a problem i guess common sense works for most people

Staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about gold pawns. I live in Easley and this is my go to pawn shop.

Horrible business if you pawn anything worth money. I pawned a scan tool worth 1,600 and they couldn't even give me 300. Anyways, I forgot about the payments and got a letter in the mail saying my tool was going on the shelf if I didn't bring a payment in. I brought cash to buy it back and cover the late fees. They told me it was on layaway and there's nothing I could do. Fast forward 6 months and a guy just bought it. I called to ask them why they lied to me about it being on Layaway and I got hung up on. Told me I'd never done business in the pawn business. Well obviously, I don't deal with thieves and liars. I hope yall read this too. Because this is not where I'm stopping. Bbb here i come.

They need to get new smiling faces and to learn how to do their jobs. My husband and I use to go there and buy some items but not no more. That's so sad, hopefully they can get better help and not make you feel like we are a bother to them. Thank you

I brought in some jewelry in say it was fake it was not fake. They don't take phones and had to take my 3DS to game stop after that said nobody will take it they lie. Got $40 off a $200 tablet. Lady was rude and didn't care. Never going back.
