Mo Elwardi is awesome and takes such good care of his customers! He has navigated my family through several different banking requirements as my dad got ill, and took time to make sure everything would be set up correctly. We feel lucky to have him as our banker.

Although the staff are pleasant, they aren’t very helpful when solutions are needed. Always a problem when I’m sending international wire transfers. Bad rates, no help, and won’t do accommodations under branches will. Wish it wasn’t the closest location to my house.

Staff here are not as helpful as the staff at the Greenbrier location! In fact the staff here are impatient and sometimes rude! I am a long time customer with BBT and it is very disappointing to have an experience like this. This is the worst branch by far. This branch need lots of improvement in customer service.

This BB&T was very rude to me. I had a large bill that I just wanted to get change for quickly. I'm not a member at this bank, but I just wanted to get smaller bills. The lady at the front asked if I was a member, I said no and that I just wanted smaller bills. The lady's attitude instantly changed and she said that I was not allowed too and that I needed to be a member. I told the lady that it really wasn't a loss for them and that I just wanted to exchange my large bills. The lady was very rude to me and requested for me to leave.

Been coming here forever, not any richer, but the tellers, each and every one are the best. Always smiling, helpful and while I may not leave with pockets full of cash, I do leave feeling good.

The staffs here have great attitude. They made you feel welcoming and bring to you the neighborhood bank feel by remembering you by names. Great place.
