Personally I had a great experience at this Truist. I patiently waited for my turn in the lobby... yes, just because I walk in the door does not mean I'm entitled to speak to someone immediately. I met with Jessica who did more than her share of work to find the answers I needed. I too had been trying to reach a representative on the phone, but in this world today of instant gratification that everyone seems to think they are entitled to, how about find a solution... don't be the problem. Therefore, I went into a branch. This merge has been difficult for everyone, but there's no need to be nasty. I really don't care what anyone else's opinion is on here... and you probably don't care about mine. But this review is for Jessica and to tell her thank you... thank you for making the calls and being persistent in finding the answers I needed. I appreciate your time and I'm thankful for you and your co-workers who show up for work. Finding employees to commit to their job is difficult in this market. But all of you should know, there are people that appreciate who you are and what you do!

I think it's safe to call the Trusit/ Suntrust / BB&T merger "go live" a failure. They've managed to mess up my accounts and make suspect, unapproved withdraws, without any explanation or communication. To talk to someone to find out what is going on, the wait is well over an hour. Long gone are the reliable days of Suntrust. Can't wait to move my accounts.

Subpar teller at drive through (Jessica). Customer service training needed. I will keep this experience in mind for future dealings.

New to the area, I have quickly learned that this branch is simply not willing nor able to meet the needs I have as a customer. Since moving to the area seven months ago, I have had two, perhaps three, recent instances where the ATM is out of cash, leaving me no access to my money from my own bank. In turn, I am forced to withdraw the money from another bank, and then get charged 3.00 a time from SunTrust. Secondly, today, in need of a cashier's check for a real estate transaction (with a deadline), I researched the branch hours (see picture below), and was able to glean they were open until 5:00. It turns out that the lobby closed at 4:00, and thus, my 4:02 arrival was too late. The drive-through (open until 5:00) refused to complete the transaction, supposedly per bank policy, and did not offer to allow me inside. Given that there would have been no cash exchange, this simple gesture of service would have gone a long way. If this is how the hours are, then please update your hours online to reflect this style of operation. In the end, I had to drive 45 minutes to another branch that was open in order to obtain my check and comply with the terms of my real estate agreement. I will not return to this branch for both this reason as well as an unreliable ATM, leaving me with minimal options for branch service due to the hours I work through the week. I will be considering a switch of banks in the near future. -Update- I also messaged via Facebook to share these very thoughts. I have received a professional and thorough response from someone at corporate addressing my concerns. Thank you to this person for his/her time and professionalism. Well done!

Good luck calling SunTrust/Truist customer service. I was on hold for 54 minutes. After a long wait a call center answered from a foreign country. I was transferred to another department where a recording told me: "Wait time is over 25 minutes" All this while they hold on to our money with practically zero interest. Brilliant business model. Thanks, but no thanks!

I was on hold for 43 minutes, then the rep was rude and was no help to boot. I miss BB&T!

Went in the middle of the day. Not a single banker was at their desk employees behind the counter even joked "yes, why would there be a banker here". They then lied to me when I asked if there would be a fee associated with my transaction. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer support resolving the issue.

There was an asian lady that left me waiting for 5min at the drive through with not a hello and i could see her working on her bumble account. I guess i was interfering with her dating situation?
