Awesome experience. Bought a TV from them and they cut me a great deal. Chris, Keith and Cheyenne all were super helpful in giving advice on the TV selections they had. Not pushy at all for a pawn shop. Even offered me a warranty! Will definitely be stopping back again.

Came in to purchase a diamond necklace or bracelet for my wife’s birthday. Not one person acknowledge me . One person was eating lunch at the counter and the other was sitting on the counter facing the back wall … the place is full of junk and very dirty.

Miquel Tanya and Carlos did a great job helping me buy my diamond bracelet back from pawn. It took less than 5 minutes! This is the only pawn shop I would trust to pawn in anything over $5,000 in value. They are nice, professional, and they actually know what they are talking about. Most other pawn shop know very little. These guys knew exactly what I had. I only come to this pawn shop to pawn stuff in because I trust them most. I encourage everyone to come to this pawn shop here because your stuff is 100% safe. And they make sure you get your stuff back. They will give you a few extra days if you ask them. Other pawn shops are looking for you to miss the payment so they can keep your items. These guys are truly honest!!

Really cool people and a great place. I was initially buying a pair of headphones but I found out the noise cancelling was broken. They let me refund immediately. Went into Pawn Mart today ,was greeted by an associate Tanya.She was a very nice lady and she definately knew how to do her job.She didn't try to nickel n dime me.She gave me what I wanted which was fair market value on a loan, i left feeling like I knew this women for a long time. The whole staff there are real people not your typical group that you find in many pawn establishments.I highly recommend Pawn Mart when money gets tight and you need a loan to get by .I give this place 5 stars.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a pawn shop, two ladies in there could not have been more rude to the customers, I brought in one item all she did was drill me and profile me, just nothing I never expect from this type of establishment. This is BY FAR THE MOST INCREDIBLE, THOUGHTFUL, and HELPFUL PAWN STORE I have ever seen, hands down! When the Department of economic opportunity a.k.a. the reemployment office of Florida stopped my payments in February; I was forced to get a loan on my find jewelry and my engagement ring. I did not want to do this, but; I had no choice since the unemployment office stopped paying me and I was completely broke. The manager there was amazing, she help me to get my loan and I did not feel like I got ripped off. Carlos called me a few days after my loan was due and helped me not lose my jewelry. He helped get me another payment date. I did not lose my jewelry! I’ve never in my life seen a pawnshop this way before, and it is so refreshing to know that they can be trusted and respectful of someone else’s things. They’re not thinking about themselves there and that is very comforting, knowing that they’re on their customers side. Thank you Carlos and thank you to the manager, she’s amazing and so are you! I will make sure to always bring my business to you and only you.

I had never been to a pawn shop before and always had the idea that customer service probably wasn't high up on their priority list. Happy to say I was wrong. Miguel is always extremely helpful and very fair. He is my favorite employee here and the only reason I continue to come to this location. This used to be my favorite pawn shop, but since the female manager with the curly hair has been there, it's now my least favorite. I work late and sometimes can't get there until close to closing time and she is always very rude and now it doesn't matter what time I come in she is rude and treats me like garbage, has the worst customer service I've ever received.

Tanya always speaks to me with warm reception and asks how I’m doing. Store is super cleaned and well organized from my last visit awhile ago. I appreciate pawn max for willing to work with you always on prices, even if the item just came out. Looking forward to more visits!

Not your ordinary pawn shop. I came looking for a router and Gary and Lindsey were very helpful walking me through the inventory. The cleanliness, pricing and professionalism of the store were all excellent. It turned out I needed a specific item they did not have, but they still treated me as well as if I had made a purchase. Great place. I will be back.

Carlos gave me a good first time experience he helped me out with choosing jewelry that would be perfect for me that I would love for a while without getting bored of it. He’s sociable he gave me his honest opinions on certain items, I definitely recommend going there.

I came into pawn max not knowing the full letter of the law of verbiage for the difference in selling and pawning. A respectable employee by the name of Keith explained the differences he was very patient and polite a d gave great detail into the pawn industry and made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy of his judgment and perception. Overall great staff and very welcoming. 😁👍🏾

This place is absolutely amazing. I should of thought about coming here in the first place. Met a young man named Carlos, he was customer friendly, straight to the point, as well as respectful. He helped me look at a couple stuff I brung in and the service was greatly applaud. Love this place will sincerely recommend this facility.
