I sat in the drive through for 50 minutes waiting to make a single deposit. I watched 3 people through the glass standing and talking while the let 1 person do all the work. completely unacceptable and I think I will be switching banks!

Bad service rude indirect attitude from the lady at drive thru! Other banks if you miscount deposit they change the total on the slip and then give it to you to initial I asked her to change she said do it yourself! That is first time in so many year in business and bb&t I been asked to do so not a problem but it was the indirect attitude! I asked why the other bank closed and she said the girls moved to suncoast if you want you can go to them, but I’ll be happy to serve you here! First time at a bank I felt like this

This place has so many problems it’s unbelievable. I have a personal account here as well as a business account. They randomly close the lobby repeatedly. They will not take a deposit with your stat issued ID and bank issued debt card. They will not take a $100 bill with a rip on it and suggest I mail it out to the bureau of engraving and printing for a replacement. We will see if another local bank will take it as a deposit as I open a new account with them. Anyone with a local small business beware.

Most untrustworthy bank around town never sign up to this dump. All they look to do is wait until you get fraud charges then hit you with $$$ hundreds of dollars of nsf fees and then tell you oh well you have to pay them

Mike and his team are fantastic they always have a smile on their face and I willing to help no matter what my need is
