Absolutely the worst been on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes a and still counting

Been banking with SunTrust for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. As a student, I get no fees for my checking account until I am done with school. I just recently went to this location to open a Simple Business Checking account, as I am launching my eCommerce store, and try to apply for a credit card. I was truly worried about making TWO HUGE decisions in a single visit, but the staff was informative, supportive, and kind during the entire process, not to mention that they all showed how much they genuinely cared about my financial standpoint during the entire process. Taking the first few steps to start my business was easy, clear, and stress free. From the tellers to the branch manager, everyone at this location treats you like family. Not sure what I would do without the awesome from SunTrust.

Very disappointing as I have been in line for 30 minutes today and I called asked what was going on and they stated it was do to wire transfers and pandemic wow that is a shock but if you are in line and not moving any line then there is more issues than that. Like the correct people doing the job. And I have bank here for years just did not like this excuse.

Amazing service, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, even during this pandemic times they made my transaction a pleasant experience even though I had 3 different things going on and because of their stellar service I’m planning to move my business account to Suntrust.

Have been a customer of Suntrust for 15 years. Ever since they started to become truist the service is horrible. It takes way longer for charges to show pending and to clear the account. Now I have unauthorized charges on my account. I was put on hold for 50 min and then the line was disconnected without ever being helped. When I called the branch back I was told even if I come into the branch we were still going to have to sit for at least 45 minutes on hold because they can't do anything. Time to close this account abd take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and massive incompetence. Bank anywhere but Truist!!

This branch has no manners including the manager and all of its staff. I am a long customer of Suntrust and wanted to open up an additional account. The person on the phone is trained to create appointments only and drive the customer to the bank without givng any information like account types and rates. Very poor service.

Customer service non-existent. Generating mortgage refunds took 6 weeks. Service on the phone through their main offices is just as bad: no follow through. No interest in keeping customers. They pass the ball from person to person without resolution to issues. Will never bank with them again.

The service I received from Michael was incredible. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. I recommend seeing him if you go to this branch.
