Addition Financial 9th St, Winter Garden

Hi, my name is Joyce Heath. I want to shout out about one of your sweet employees, Sandra Sharfi. I came into to the branch today needing help with some banking issues. She was amazing and walked me through the steps I needed help with. This was the second time I have seen her and she’s always smiling, kind and very helpful! Thank you for having employees that care about your customers! I will tell all my friends and family what amazing bank and their employees are. I would especially like to commend Amrita at the winter garden branch. She is remarkable in her services. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and always have a beautiful smile, and makes clients feel very comfortable in her presence. She is a very valuable member of the team, and I always look forward working with her.

I am writing a review for both Sandra and Rhi at the Winter Garden Branch. I came in twice this past month and since day one, Rhi's energy was amazing. Greeted every guest including myself with the biggest smile and was so kind and patient with everyone. Sandra assisted me the first day and walked me through the entire process and answered ANY questions that I had. There is no doubt that she is knowledgeable is her field of work. Sandra's customer service is top tier as she is efficient with her work (got us in and out without any problems) and had patience with me (who is full of questions). On day two, Rhi assisted us and once again, her energy FILLED the entire room. Rhi was also very patient with answering all the questions that I had. Something that many people these days can't seem to do. Thank you to both as both Team members are honestly amazing and I left satisfied after my visit.

Sandra Shafi at the Winter Garden branch assisted me on two different occasions, and her professionalism and service was pronominal. She even took extra steps in helping me understand how to navigate apps on my phone. Sandra is a true Gem to Additions!

I have enjoyed having our banking at Addition Financial over the years. Everyone is professional I usually go to the drive thru. I must say that I look in the window to see if Neeta will be helping me. She is helpful and pleasant. Neeta always puts a smile on my face.

I had an amazing transaction experience with RHI, she’s super friendly, very professional & doesn’t keep you waiting long. Honestly the best transaction I’ve had since being a member with this bank and I’ve had an active account here since I was 7yrs old I’m 29 now so that’s says ALOT!🤗

Kay is professional and courteous! She listened and then took appropriate action. I left the credit union happy and confident in banking with Addition Financial.

Wonderful workers here at this Winter Garden branch! Neeta especially always has a smile on her face and remembers my husband and I. Always friendly and efficient and we enjoy coming banking here.

Everything you don’t want from a bank High interest (loan sharking) once you run your credit you fear another hit will cause your score to decrease and you settle for their terms. Don’t do it Creative fees Additional financial has a fee for everything and unlike modern banks, they will not work with you. Your money is theirs. Fine line law practices Your payments, although submitted on time, are considered “scheduled” and not applied. This allows them to wait many days to withdrawal your payment and apply it. When they do this, they will apply a late fee which they claim is “legal” based off of the verbiage they use. Submit a payment ahead of time/due date expecting the funds not to be withdrawn until the usual time period and they will for sure withdrawal within the usual 2022 accepted amount of time. Banks need your money which is known but this bank considers it theirs when you are doing business. I really hope this reaches the correct people that can make a difference and make this bank fold. It’s operations a borderline illegal and irresponsible sposible to a healthy society.

I’ve been a member of CFE for a very, very long time, but I’ve never felt cared for the way I was when we worked with Rebecca at the Winter Garden branch. I had my purse stolen and was having a very rough day, and she did everything she could to get my day back on track. Thank you, Rebecca!!

Zach Calkins was very helpful. He was so professional and helpful with my Mother and me for her account here at. Addition. Superb service.

I had the displeasure of dealing with connie Williams this past week. she was condescending, rude, dismissive and kept overtalking me. Not sure how she is a team leader. I would recommend going anymore to avoid connie Williams. She might have been one of the rudest people I have ever interacted with. She also yelled at me in from of other customers and I have never been so embarrassed. She needs re-training or replaced. I cannot believe how she acted towards me in front of other customers.

I had the greatest pleasure of being in the company of Kay Lamour! She was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend anyone to see her!!!

Rhi Kith was so nice to me and we had the best laughs. It’s so nice to come to the Winter Garden Branch and know there are going to be happy down to earth people there who can share a laugh and still get the job done.
