I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and his team for the refinance of my home. Nathan was very welcoming from his very first contact and I felt like I was speaking with a friend and not a “business professional” which was very comforting for someone that had never been through the process before. Nathan took the time to explain the process to me in simple terms and answered any questions that I had at any time of day. He made me feel like I was his only client when I know I was just one of many. His generosity of his time, his knowledge of his craft and integrity for getting the job done are why he and his team will always have my business. My experience with Nathan Cassidy, hometown lenders was beyond amazing. As first time home buyers, we had no idea about the process. Nathan and his team walked us through every step of the way and truly made it a great experience through a stressful process. At the same time, my friend was going through a poor experience with a lender. I was grateful for Nathan and his team because all my questions were answered promptly, without judgement and I was always spoken to with respect. Communication was key in this relationship, and I always felt comfortable and in the know. Nathan was recommended to us by our realtor after we had to switch lenders just two weeks before our scheduled closing date. The other lender only offered 15 vs 30 year terms for investments and “forgot” to inform us of that. Nathan and his team took that fumble and ran with it. He and his team worked hard to meet our closing deadline. Nathan was always available, well past regular business ours. We could tell Nathan enjoys what he does and made us feel part of his family.
