Truist W Spring St, Monroe

This location is so unprofessional and trashy! I go to do some business today and they are closed AGAIN!!! They say it is due to covid but they have used this excuse in the past and it have not been the truth. I have never seen so many unhappy customers before at any other bank I have worked at until I came to work for SunTrust. The management at this location is horrible, they cannot keep staff, and clients are so mistreated. Tracy and Cassandra are absolutely the worst! I have ZERO regrets on leaving this bank. Best decision I have made this year! Pick another bank people, because you can do WAY better and be a lot happier, where you are treated more like a person rather than a number.

I asked for my account to be closed and they were unable to accommodate this request due to a pending transaction. I offered the $17.00 to cover the pending transaction and they said they couldnt perform that operation. I had subscriptions attached to my account they DID NOT pay for, however since those subscription attempted to run the card and I attempted to close the account by withdrawing all my funds. I now owe SunTrust $500.00. They have hammered my credit and had me harassed by debt collectors for money I DO NOT OWE.

The new location is terrible. There is no easy way to exit the plaza and very limited parking.

SunTrust has been my best banking experience yet !!!!I overdraw my bank account and they keep taking off the overdraw Fee!!! I set up my bank and Monroe but I've never been back to Monroe but this review is for the customer service 1-800 number for SunTrust

This is the most friendliest Suntrust around. Billie Jo delivers excellent customer service always smiling and willing to help even if she was headed out the door to go to lunch. She deserves employee of the month and guest rep of the year also.

Thought when the transition was final it would improve. Not the case. Still no Saturday service and no drive thru. Also picked the worst location. Too much traffic and awful to get out of.

I was paying bills, and noticed that my car insurance company took $523 instead of $178. It put me in a world of hurt. I called Suntrust and told them what happened, they were fantastic! The customer service people were so helpful!! I can’t say enough about Suntrust!!!

ALWAYS friendly helpful service. You get that from SunTrust Bank everywhere in my experience, even thru the 800 line. Yep, it's a business, but SunTrust won't treat you like an account number. If you're looking for a good place to bank, here it is.

I have check for $1450 from a suntrust acct. Teller told me no cashing checks. How can I cash a check that's FROM suntrust if suntrust wont cash it???????? Teller was not helpful more dismissive like she had no time for me.

Gets worse every time I visit, so after 14 yrs we're leaving SunTrust! Customer service is awful here especially.
