Sandra lacks customer service and when I asked her if they would keep my old card she said "I mean it doesn't work" and slid it across the desk to me almost like a throw. The bankers do not acknowledge you and make you wait until they feel like helping you out. The number one reason I don't go inside the bank, I just use the ATM, but my card no longer works. There's no point in keeping 3 people in the branch when there's only one client that they can't even give prompt service. I do have to say the lady working the drive-through has wonderful service and is always kind.

So here's the deal, I open a student checking account a couple years ago and when the student status expires they start charging a maintenance fee. Ok big deal, I change the account type to stop the maintenance fee from being charged. Flash forward and I receive a quarterly statement with more monthly fees. I opened the account but the cash was never moved out of the other account, despite having taken the necessary steps. I don't know if whether to call them thieves or just incompetent, but I know that I won't be doing business with Suntrust anymore and neither will my friends or family.

Paula and Todd are the best. Ive trusted this branch for almost 5 years. They do a wonderful job here!

I have been with this bank before they even became Suntrust and even when Henry Funn left as the manager and Todd took over they still do the best to work with you whatever issue may have. Paula has been at the bank for many years and gives exceptional customer service as all the other tellers. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I recommended this branch to friends and family.

Absolutely the slowest bank service ever.
