Truist S Nova Rd, Ormond Beach

I WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS TO CORPORATE. I have had months of hassle paying my mortgage payment. each month is a battle since my suntrust switched to truist. will only allow a payment by phone or on app, and app wont work letting me log in. no sunday phone help and no website THIS IS A DOWNGRADE from suntrust service that i am used to.

If I could give no stars I would have. I have been a new customer for 6 months and had accounts in other banks that we were not happy with. Recently our other account was hacked the entire amount that was in the account in which we had to close the account to secure our funds. When we went to deposit to this branch and Joyce Veasey was asking personal questions that were none of her business. Making us feel very uncomfortable. As soon as we are able we are leaving BB&T. She was out of line with her questioning which caused us to have a bad experience. Also when I opened the account she was the one that helped me and she was sweet as pie. Ever since the account was opened she has been rude and demeaning.

Thank you Joyce for going above and beyond to help me with my daughter's gymnastics payment issue. You are the definition of customer service!! Bb&t = Best Bank In Town

I have been apart of the bank for over 20 yrs. my husband travels for his job. Now that they have changed their hours of their operation. It’s no longer 24/7 help. It’s a good thing my husband also has a credit card because he would be stranded. I tried to change the card for traveling but I have a hard time doing it. Will probably have to change banks that actually has someone you can talk to. We also had an issue with fraudulent activity. Guess what couldn’t talk to anyone

This is the worst BB&T I have ever been too. My experience has been consistent three times now and each time I enter I attempt to forget the other times and walk in greeting and asking how the workers are. Joyce at the window was very unprofessional. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and laughed at the mention of a banker Randy at another branch. Throughout each thing that needed to be done she lacked customer service skills and made each task seem like a burden for her. She was point blank rude and treated me as almost criminal when i have been with this bank for over 6 years through a successful education, two bachelor degrees, now career and continuing education. Questioning on my student accounts if I was even a student. I have been with BB&T 6 years now amd have NEVER had a problem or encountered someone whos customer service is like this branch. Bb&t has been more than an exceptional bank through my college career until now and I will continue to bank with them however am truly unimpressed with this branch. I also want to make clear that there is some very nice ladies at the window not everyone is as rude as some of them!

I use the drive through every time and it is prompt friendly service!!
