Not friendly or helpful at all. We always did our banking at Grove City branch and everyone there was wonderful. Strongly considering changing banks. These employees need customer service courses Stat!

Np pption for less stars. Rude people at counter, obviously former bbt employees, never answer phone. Location on McCall is busy and dangerous due to traffic, should have kept Placida Rd location instead, another bbt mistake.

I only signed up W/Sun Trust because they were in Walmart w/Saturday hrs, made very easy to get busy done and the people were ALWAYS friendly and helpful! Now I'm considering to get out of Sun Trust because they really don't care having loyal customers to be open hrs they will help. Like at least 1 day w/evening hrs to 7 PM..

Had a noon appt on March 23, 2017 with Nadine in the Englewood branch on 776, but when we got there they had taken a walkin. We were told that they could not let the walkin wait, but we could? It is just not right being a customer for 20 years a person with no appt has priority over us? The worst experience we have ever had. We will be taking all our accounts and moving them to another bank asp.

Geesh where do I start....have never completed any transaction there without multiple trips. Tried to cash a savings bond and was told 3 different reasons why Cathryn one of the bankers there couldnt cash it, one of the reasons were that they didn't have enough money to cash it. Now that had me worried as it was only for $1,000 dollars, more like she didn't know how to do her job since she left me sitting in her office 4 different times so she could go ask someone else what to do. She needs to retire. Got held up at the light right by the bank which put me there right at 4:59pm and was told by the male teller there that they were closed. I had 1 single deposit to make and thankfully one of the girls stepped up and said she could do that for me. Been trying to close my account for over a week now and still have not succeeded yet, but Brandi was able to help me get 1 of them closed today and also had saved me this month's service fee. Thanks Brandi

They put a hold on my paycheck deposit for 10 days due to a new account. When I called the local branch I was told "didn't you read the paperwork", such empathy. It is my paycheck after all, which I use for silly things like food and gas. Did I mention it's an official paycheck from a long time local business. Totally ridiculous in this day and age of electronic banking! Thanks Suntrust, see you in 10 days to close my account.

They lost all my online banking history. Multiple accounts.
