What a PERFECT lady with the PERFECT disposition & personality to put at the helm!!!! She is kind, PROFESSIONAL, empathic & anticipates your needs before you even ask! So the app messed up one of my payments and doubled it and nobody at this branch was willing to help try to have the fee removed
