Ms. Gabrielle took care of me on my recent visit. I am new to the area, and needed to update my address, which she did. I noticed on the receipt (which displayed customer contact information) an old phone number was still associated with my account. I asked Ms. Gabrielle to please remove the number. She told me she would; however, when I later reviewed my account information, I realized this had not been done.

The building has no signage yet. Blame the city permit system, not the bank. Look for the drive through.

Good experience!!! After unsatisfactory help from BB&'s in Raleigh and Tarboro. Called to get info on getting a lien release, spoke with Morgan who referred me to Jonathan, who called me right back. I got an answer that has gone unsolved since July. Thank you.

I've only been inside once. I needed a notary for a very important document. The notary on duty (Charles, I think) was nice but he was in a hurry to leave. He pushed us off on another fellow that's a notary but he didn't have his stamp with him. My wife drove an hour to meet me at this bank during my break. We were directed to try another branch or visit the UPS Store. Honestly, how long would it have taken the first guy to notarize one document? Also, there's a white Lexus parked in the drive thru almost every day. That irritates the heck out of me. HEY PAL! PARK IN A REGULAR SPACE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

I banked with them for 10 years. When I went to college in Virginia, I had an account there (they were the only ATM around) and during my four years in VA, customer service was always good whenever I had a problem or fraud issues. No issues with the employees at this branch or others when I returned to NC, nor had a deposit improperly credited to my account. Then in 2011, BB&T did away with free checking and the quality of customer service slowly began to decline. In 2015, I politely tried to get an overdraft fee (which was my fault) reversed through the mail (after failing over the phone) and was refused. Also felt like I was jumping through hoops each month to keep the fee waived and the wait times on Phone24 were incredibly long. After opening an account at a local credit union, I closed my BB&T account in October 2015. The employees were very nice throughout the process, but the bank needs a wakeup call... stop feeing your customers to death!
