The woman at the drive thru must have been new or something.. said they don’t cash business checks. What bank doesn’t cash checks? Very poor service, Id recommend any other BBT/Truist over this one.

We opened a CD with Ann for $3000. At the time of opening, we asked her if we could take a collateral loan out against it. She replied “yes our minimum is $3000 with a $89.00 a month payment.” Called Ann on a Monday. No answer so left her a message. My call was never returned. On Tuesday, we went into bank only to find out Ann was not there. Sat down with Bambi to get loan. At that time, she informed us the minimum loan was $3500. We explained to her what Ann had told us. She made several calls with the same answer. We asked her to please contact Ann. The teller at the window said “I know Ann and I know she wouldn’t of told you that.” You weren’t there and my husband and I both heard the same thing. To say the least, we were very upset. Told them we wanted our money. They had to figure out a way to give it to us. Finally a check was issued and we took our business elsewhere. Never again would I ever bank with a BB and T bank. Horrible, rude customer service.

Every time I try to do some thing at this bank it as if fiasco. I have an escrow account and try to get them to pay my taxes and they didn’t know how to do it. I once again went in to pay my taxes and they said I didn’t have an escrow account. It’s everything!

Drive through is usually busy in the evening, but service is still prompt.

Fix your website it says you're open at 8:00 but the door say 9:00

How does a bank not have the equipment to deposit change!?

I have been banking with them for years and their service is as good as any Bank.
