Slow service. Rude and grumpy tellers who lack energy and clearly don’t appreciate the customer’s business. Can’t wait for it to shut down in Feb 2022.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, however I have been to this bank many times and have yet to have a good customer service experience. Today I called this BB&T branch because I have to go there tomorrow and I have a temporary ID Cobb county recently changed the way their temporary drivers license look and I wanted to make certain that it would be excepted. I called them up and ask them if they were aware of the change and if they excepted paper IDs They said that they did except paper IDs but they were used to the ones that were small and looked like a regular drivers license. I told them that it had been changed and that their management needs to be up to date on it I ask if the person on the phone could tell the manager so he could look into it so I wouldn’t have to spend all day there when I go there tomorrow. Lady on the phone was extremely!! rude!!! And told me I would have to talk to the manager tomorrow. I’m sad that they weren’t responsible to keep up with the current temporary drivers license given by DDS. I would have to wait to speak to her manager tomorrow.

Screw BB&T. Worst damn bank ever. This bank is run by computers not people. They don't process on weekends or oast 6pm on weekday. Pending transactions sit on your account for days. Customer service is traag. Can only dispute overdraft/return item fees once every 2 years. WTF. Bank doesn't give a F about its customers. I thought coming to a smaller bank like BB&T would be better than a bigger bank but BB&T is worse. Will be closing my account and never banking here again.

Worst service of any bank I have been to. They only have 1 manager (Christopher jollys) working during busy hours. He is not helpful at all. I'm not sure that he was even trained. If you want slow, completely clueless service then go here. Otherwise I would avoid at all cost!!!!!

Customer service is lackluster and empathy is non-existent. Tellers more concerned with talking to each other and clocking out for lunch than attending to customer.

Open the lobby!!!! Ridiculous to have to do 3 separate transactions through drive thru!!!

It's a bank, what can be said really. I'm glad they have the bullet proof glass around the employees, they are efficient, over worked being they are low staffed always which causes them to be slow but, I know they are doing what they can. Getting in and out of the location offers 2 ways left or right but bank of America next to them you can only turn right so plus for BBT! Overall, this is a good location across the board just assure you alot time to go until their corporate stops being a tight was and staffs the location accordingly!

This bank need to close. Bad customer service and they wouldnt cash my check that had there name on it bc I dont have an account there. and claim they couldnt verify the check. But if I had an account it would've been no problem. I've never had this problem with other banks.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I had a wonderful experience. The tellers were super friendly and helpful, and I was helped immediately. No complaints at all!

This has to be one of the worse BB&T branches I have ever been to. The teller ladies were NO HELP AT ALL!!!! I would rather drive Miles to go to a different one!!!!!
