Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Cobb Dr, Smyrna

My husband had an appointment to do a wire transfer for our closing of our new house, which was happening in a few hours. The power went out in the middle of the transfer (not their fault). They basically just told him he had to leave. They wouldn't make any phone calls or anything, just told him to go to another bank and try his luck. The nearest bank had a TWO HOUR wait (not their fault) HOWEVER he wouldn't have wasted his time going over there if they had called the other store first. (I tried calling the other store myself, but after three calls, it became clear that they do not answer the phone for customers.) Thanks for the "help"

Worst BOA I’ve been to and that’s saying something these days. Teller makes me wait while she straps the money. Says this is how she counts it. I said the machine you run it through counts it and she said yes into bundles. After she wouldn’t even run the money through the counter in the first place because I wasn’t sure of the exact dollar amount. Isn’t that the purpose of being my money to the bank. I spent 15 minutes counting my deposit in a room to stand for another 15 minutes while she recounts and bundles my deposit. BOA is becoming a joke of a bank. She stated this is policy. Never once have I had this at any of the several locations I use. Had to go to this one because one of my normal locations is closed because of Covid. That’s becoming the trend with this bank. About to move all my accounts to a different bank. RIDICULOUS

Great service every time I have used the this Banking Center! The only issue of concern is that this location is to small to handle the amount of traffic that they see, especially with a closed drive thru. But again all associates need to be commended on a consistent job well done!

You are going to get first class service every time you step inside and get greeted by like 5 people who all want to help you. Ericksson was very generous with his time and patience in getting my problems resolved. Would highly recommend this branch over any others in the area.

Terrible customer service the Manager walked around the whole time having pointless conversation with a full line of almost 20 ppl while sending two of them on break with one person running the teller line poor employee I'm sure she feels overworked and overwhelmed terrible management skills needs training......

Don’t even waste your time coming here. There is only one bank teller there window, they just remodeled the bank. When you come here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in line to even get serviced. Find another bank location coming here is a big waste of time.

Every time I come in to this location I receive great service the staff is very friendly and professional. Even when there is a small wait time the staff continues to check to ensure that everyone is ok. I am always helped by Vic she is very kind and willing to assist with my banking needs. Great staff at this location.

Worst branch ever. Come on, I just need to cash a check, we have a mask on, all the protections again COVID-19. Just closed the branch if you can’t offer basic services. Bad bad bad Custumer service.

Friendly service throughout, even when lines do form (mostly later in the afternoons and Saturday mornings), the staff is very active to speed up the work with the clients. I never had any major issue banking at that center for 5+ years.

This location is really convenient but rude and shows no concern with banking issues which is why I am closing my account no help what so ever
