The customer service at this location has gone down substantially in last few months. Your wait time is horrible and I have to leave the bank many times after waiting for long time. Today is one another day. Hope they read these reviews and take corrective actions. They combined the two banks without increasing the staff. The staff is trying to do their best under the circumstances.

Drive in takes awhile. I go early before 9:00 AM to solve that problem, but all the tellers are very polite and professional per my experience. Trust has many customers.

I do not personally bank at the Bradley Park Suntrust but have been bringing commercial deposits here for the past 5 years. Over the past year, the service wait time in the drive thru has been horrific. Having been in the banking business, I know it is sometimes due to customer transactions, however it should not take 25 minutes to wait on 2 customers. Hopefully they can figure out if this is a staffing issue or an operating system issue.

The go to bank when I'm out of town is mostly when I use them. Friendly, patient, great customer service.

Don’t ever come here if you are in a hurry. With just two cars in front of me in the drive-through it took me 55 minutes to get served.

I’ve been in banking 8 years. I’ve been a teller, personal banker, universal banker and now a branch manager. It’s already bad enough since BB&T merge with suntrust I’ve had issues. But neither the less the teller pops up on tv screen not with a bubbly attitude. I sent $4.75 of quarters in the tube. Instead of saying hello how are you today. She pops up And says going forth you can’t put change in the tube you have to come inside and then turns off the screen this was so horrible and said it nasty. Then she sent my tube back with a dry have a good day and turns back off screen this is despicable

This is a SunTrust and BB&T in one. Went in for a notary twice. Very pleasant staff! Parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver. They do have a drive thru.

Was hoping to give your bank a better review, esp since I have been using it since 1998. I used this location today and there were two lanes opened in the drive thru. Two lanes out of three, and there were many cars in line. What is so frustrating was that it seemed as though many of the customers had more business than just withdrawal and deposits. If the customer has a lot of business to conduct, it should be the job of the teller to let them know that they need to go inside. The person in front of me was in line for almost TEN MINUTES!!! That is ridiculous! I don't know what they were doing, but three times after your teller returned something back to them, they bent down in their vehicle. Doing what??? You have to have some courtesy when it comes to the people who use your drive through. I was there to deposit a check which was clearly stated on the back of the check. However, when it was FINALLY my turn, the teller asked me what it is the she could do for me. I don't think it is necessary to ask a customer what they need to do when the handwriting is on the wall(or on the back of the check!) Step it up, Suntrust. You may lose this customer!

Terrible in-person customer service, after attempting to make a cash ATM deposit and the machine freezing (after the cash went in) I sat as directed for over 15 minutes. Finally, another individual came over and let me know to “call the number on the back of the card” that they could not assist! I would have liked to be aware of that 15 minutes prior then I asked as to who could assist with the issue. After calling, I assumed this would have been rectified; but still no resolution- thankfully I have a ATM receipt with a time stamp. Poor service, so far from how “SunTrust” used to be as a banking institution.

I have been a SunTrust customer for over 10 years and a BB&T customer for over two years. Don’t know who thought these branches could handle the amount of traffic that SunTrust and BB&T in Bradley Park go through. I have stood in the SunTurst line inside the bank every time (because they still separate the banks inside the bank!) for no less than 15 minutes every time. I have stood in the BB&T line every time too. You can’t even go through the drive through if you have to bank at both banks.
