Truist Washington Rd, Augusta

I had been a SunTrust customer for over 20 years. I have to change banks now, I al so sick of Truist and SunTrust wasn't doing me too well before either. This particular branch made me wait 40 minutes while the customer service woman talked about her kids with a customer so I went to see a teller and had to leave, they couldn't help. This is after trying the downtown one and found they were closed and appt only but refused to answer the appt phone number. Now they issued an ATM that doesn't work saying I need to go into an office to get it fixed after 4 phone calls about this card. NOPE! I'm done. Closing that account and the rest of my account when I have some money come in. GOOD RIDDANCE

I love this branch! Teresa always answers the phone quickly and is extremely helpful! I don't live close to this branch anymore, but I drive the distance because of the great customer service.

Just a horrible branch. May be open, may be closed, never follows posted hours, may close for a week, open for two days, close for two weeks, close two hours early, open two hours late, etc. Don't even waste time with this branch, head to Evans.

The new cashier was great!!! Very friendly. But when I needed to speak with a banker, she sat and ran her mouth the entire time and I waited 40 mins.

If I could give a zero, I would! Since switching from BB&T to Truist, it has been a nightmare.

I absolutely love suntrust. They have helped me on many occasions and always do the best they can. At this specific location, an employee named Tara was simply fantastic! She went out of her way to help me switch checking accounts, create a savings account, and tell me how I can work to get (my first) credit card. She was extremely patient with my questions and told me to call her whenever I have any problems or further questions. The values this bank has is outstanding; switching banks is not in my near future!

Phone number listed for the bank disconnected after 3 calls, then went to a voicemail that stated the person at that extension was on maternity leave and the mail box would not be monitored. This happened 2 days in a row and I finally needed to drive to the bank to resolve the issue. Very disapointing

What a bunch of crooks. Opened a new account Cashed my payroll check turned around and deposited my 2nd check into account(both checks from suntrust anyways) just to turn around and be told the account was closed after they deposited my cash and no way to access any of my money.
