The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.

love the bank but the deposit atm is absolute trash never takes my cash always have to wait for the bank to open to go through the line. unfortunately that forces me to give a bad review for making me pay my loan late.

If you are looking to take out a car loan look elsewhere. I had taken out a loan with this bank 2 years ago and finally paid it off in cash. When I was paying it off I asked the bank teller where the title was being sent to and she told me an old address that I put on file when I first started the loan. I told her I no longer live there and gave her a new address to send the title to. She said no problem, and everything seemed to be taken care of. I wait 15 days, still no title. So when I call them to check on the status of it they tell me it’s being sent to the old address on file after I directly told the lady it can’t be sent there. Now I was to wait another 30-45 days to get a replacement title and there was nothing they could do to help me. This place is an unorganized mess and needs to get their act together, no one in my family will be doing business with them again.

The deposit ATM sometime works, sometime don't work. SRP needs to fix this old piece of garbage ATM machine asap.This is inconvenient to customers. I understand this is ghetto Georgia. The staffs in this so-called credit union probably don't have good education either. The SRP owners or board members are probably incompetent too.

I’m new to SRP and I’m extremely excited about banking here. I love the options they offer for their customers that bank with them and they offer a variety of ways to help build your credit repertoire. The only problem so far is every time I come to use the atm, it won’t accept the transaction. It would’ve been 5 stars if not for that. -Good things still happen at SRP!😄

Called to talk to someone in commercial lending three different times. Each time I was on hold for over 30 mins and never got a chance to speak to a person until the third call. The third call a woman answered and when I asked my question, she told me to hold and she would send me to commercial lending. I’m thinking to myself, what’s the point in me clicking on that option in the telephone menu if it doesn’t send me anywhere.

Good luck getting anyone to help you here. App and website are always down and there's never a loan person in the bank to help you. It will take a week for anyone to return your call or email to even begin to help you. I have banked with SRP FCU for over 15 years. This is not your local home town credit union anymore. They are now one of the largest banks in the southeast and they could careless about their members now.

Shannon is the best! Has a wonderful personality and explained everything in detail. She been helping us now for a week and gave us really good advice. She will be the one we go to from here on out! -Shelby/brittany

Shannon and Melanie are phenomenal!! They really helped my family with opening our accounts and they both have superb customer service!

My husband and i opened accounts with Ms. Rosa today at the Davis Rd location. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. I find all of these negative comments very disturbing but trust our experience will be much better
