Everyone at this bank do the absolute best, I've been there many times where there were irate customers... I understand being stressed about finances but you must understand these employees are doing their very best at what they were trained to do. And they do a very good job at it. Jaysen has been an amazing help with me on any questions I have regarding my account/finances. He has been extremely knowledgeable and respectful of all my requests. And barb is such a sweet pea and quick to greet anyone with the upmost respect and positivity!

BBT is such a mess. Zero follow-up after multiple calls. Closing accounts due to complete lost confidence in this bank. And thanks for hanging up on me Barb!

Website says they are open for drive-thru till 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Was just there on Wednesday at 5:05 p.m., teller said they just closed.

Customer service has taken a sharp decline ever since they switched from Bank of Kentucky. Currently sitting alone in the drive thru. Have been for 10 minutes.

BB&T sucks!!!!! Took my lunch break to drive there on Saturday when google says they’re suppose to be open but it was closed. Why? Also they charge they’re own customers $5 for money orders. What a rip off!!!!
