This place needs more staff. There’s always long wait times and often times they will skip over you and attend someone who just walked in while you’ve been signed in and waiting patiently. Staff are nice but just needs some organizing with the wait times and staffing. Plus this branch is pretty much the Redheaded stepchild that corporate just doesn’t want to invest in. Everything IS OLD! no direct deposit ATM still using envelopes and holding your cash deposits. Corporate needs to upgrade this branch! It’s the only one in town and the volume of people that bank there is high enough to invest in upgrades..

My first time at this financial institution I went to make a payment there was an open drive thru lane I sent my coupon and my money order I am waiting for 4 minutes nothing is happening I pushed the call button wait 3 more minutes. At this point I am there for 7 minutes nobody say anything to me no acknowledgment that I was there waiting I just wanted to tell them that I didn’t need a receipt. I finally left and was never able to speak to anyone. Very disappointed ☹️

Nothing but problem since the transfer

Hello. On September 28 2017 my wife and myself went to the Lehigh Acres branch. The reason was that i received news of my mother died in New Jersey. Our situation was difficult because the Irma huracan left us on a dificult position. We spoke to Cheryl Krimminger. She couldn't be more profetional. And treat my wife and me in a way ,that we felt that she did evrything on her power to help us. Also very professional. Dear was another that we spoke on the phone but i don''t remenber her name. She also was very helpful wen we call. Karina Pacheco also help me go thru the process. Well educated. a thru profetional. we express our gratitud to this ladies. And BB&T is a first class bank. Thank you.

Often long waits in drive thru, 20+ minutes on more than one occasion. Terrible placement of the ATM too. Terrible!

I do deposits here every week and the wait time is usually quick. The employees are friendly and respectful. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend for all your banking needs.

What would I do without them?every financial need is taken care of by the leader Cheryl krimminger for years.the most friendly staff.they did a great job with this virus situation.

Terrible institution. A shoebox under the bed is a more responsible option.
