The merger has ruined this bank. Have been a customer for 13 years. Hold times are over an hour to speak to a representative. Deposits go missing with no explanation. Money is removed from acct with no explanation. One month of speaking with Managers and customer service and escalation tean escalation team and issues still not resolved with missing money. And then today my mobile deposit went missing and you can't reach anyone to talk to about it.

The customer service here is amazing! Curt really helped me when I came in with a last minute request right before close. He was friendly and happy to help. I would highly recommend you take your business here.

SunTrust Bank is the worst! Open up new account and they decided to close it three days later and I'm waiting 3 weeks now and I still haven't got my money back. Never had a problem with any Bank anywhere. Worst decision I ever made to move to this Bank

Very quick service. Everyone was very accommodating. I recommend Mark. Efficient and knows his business. The atm is very slow though. Just saying.

You know, a 1 star rating for this branch is probably a bit too generous. I can honestly say that this is the worst banking experience I have had in quite some time. The staff were unbelievable rude and would not even listen to what my problem was. Avoid a "worker" called Paul- he is spiteful and should probably not be employed in a role that involves dealing with customers-just saying

Literally sat and waited for almost an hour before a banker noticed I was waiting and wanted to finally do some work and help print a verification of a charge. Oh btw I’m still sitting and waiting for service. However service was great and finally an apology for me sitting and waiting. Also there were two seem to be managers hanging out in another room the whole time I waited. I would have left but I needed this statement verification badly. So I had no choice but to wait.

Went there on a Saturday to Schedule a Wire Transfer for Monday (since I have to work like normal people). After sitting around waiting to be called, while I listened to the wrong just chatting with other people instead of doing her job, I got called up and was told I can't do a wire transfer on a Saturday, which is not what I was asking her to do, and I had successfully scheduled a wire transfer a few weeks prior (at a different Suntrust location) successfully. I don't think she knows what she was doing and didn't listen to what I was saying at all. And with all the time she wasted she caused me not to be able to go to another branch to find someone more intelligent to schedule the transfer. Now I'm going to have to take time off work to initiate transfer in person (which is a waste of my time) on Monday. Whatever you do, don't visit this branch, they hire un-intelligent people there. I might have to switch banks that values my time more than Suntrust does.

Terrible service. Lady who handles customer service was less than helpful. I drove down to the other store and they fix everything. She did not want to help and work.
