Chase Bank Royal Palm Beach Blvd, Royal Palm Beach

This branch used to be great, now I am failing to understand why it even exists. There are no tellers, the lobby is full of ATM machines and that's about it. Seems like a huge waste of money to pay for a building that serves very little purpose when there are full service branches all over town. At the least it should say on their business listings that it isn't a full service bank.

My experience at this bank was the best I’ve ever encountered at any bank and that was because Andrew Mata, my assigned banker, was phenomenal! I scheduled an appointment online to open a new business account with Chase and Andrew made the experience great for my wife and daughter from beginning to end. He was very attentive to all of our needs and was very patient with all of our questions. He even offered my daughter crayons and a coloring book to keep her occupied. If you need a bank to go to and a banker that cares, go to Chase and ask for Andrew Mata! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed.

Went here to open a business account with my fiance and the customer services was great. We sat down with Andrew and he helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Thank you Andrew you are the best!

Staff is great. Andrew has some of the best customer service I’ve see . He cares about having a relationship with a customer. The fees at Chase are on the steep side, but I switched from ONC, who couldn’t build an app and operate it to my satisfaction. Chase has a great easy to use app. The only thing I don’t like this branch, is they took away the tellers. You can still get cashier’s checks and money orders via a human, but other transactions are done via a souped up ATM that can accept up to 30 checks for deposit. I prefer people, but Chase wants to eliminate employees. So this isn’t really a regular branch.

I scheduled an appointment at this branch to open a business account last week based on the great reviews particularly about Andrew Mata and how helpful he is. When I show up for my appointment, I am advised that Andrew left a few days earlier and that no one is available to assist me. The branch manager was with another client and had to leave immediately after and the other banker was on a lunch break. I had the option of waiting until the banker's lunch break was over, but opted to leave and go elsewhere. Total waste of time.

I would like to recognize your banker, Andrew Mata, for outstanding customer service. He helped me fax over paperwork to reverse a claim that Chase had previously refunded me and then reversed on the merchants behalf. I was ripped off by a mechanic shop and ended up having to bring my car to the dealership. He was very knowledgable and helpful, as was the first man I spoke to with the mustache (I don't recall his name.) They both helped keep me as a Chase customer, thumbs up fellas!!!

Fantastic branch with amazing customer service. Entire team caters to you and makes you feel like a person instead of a number which is very rare now days. We have our personal and business accounts here and would not go anywhere else. Thank you Rene, Shawna, Andrew and the rest of the awesome team here!

Not only is it horrible customer service but made me wait 15 minutes and only one customer inside branch. Horrible and unacceptable. Waste of time money and has.
