I would give 0 stars if possible. Went through hell and back attempting to get a new debit card after fraudulent activity. Never sent me a card. Went to the branch to get me a temporary card, sent me an email to choose the card, link wouldnt work because it said my DOB and SSN were incorrect. Tell me how ive had an account for 8 years and all of a sudden I don't know my own personal information? It was changed in the system. Called to figure this out they said it was changed in 2017. Thats comforting to know they've been discussing my information with someone who cannot verify the info listed on the account. Ive never been satisfied or happy with BB&T since moving to this area. Poor service.

I have been with this bank ever since it started at this location. We have not only our home checking and savings accounts but our business as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter what branch I have been in they have been great to deal with. Please keep up the good work.

This BB&T on Colonial is absolutely terrible. I went there the other day to speak to a banker. I spoke to a man by the name of Derrick, I believe. He told me he was there every day of the week, except weekends. When I went back the next day to speak to him again, nobody knew who he was and he was nowhere to be found. They didn't even remember me coming in the day before. The girl said "Sorry, we don't have a clue.. sooooo.... sorry about that" In a sarcastic tone. Completely uncaring and unprofessional.

I don’t usually go to this branch a bunch, and I won’t be after today’s visit. I told the teller I wanted to deposit half of my check and cash the rest. She deposited the whole thing and told me that I would have to wait until tomorrow to get the money. Extremely inconvenient.

Quick friendly service Even though they're going through a merger

Left message for banker regarding accounts. No return call. Called the next day and the teller said, "Oh Mia didn't call you back? She said you can do this yourself online." Really? Also went to the branch today at 9:50 am. They weren't open. We have 2 inches of snow and the roads are completely clear. Again: really? Poor service. Time to look for a new bank.

i wouldnt recommend banking with bb&t at all. i overdrafted my account once and was charged 3 additional overdraft charges for "posted" items, even though those items were paid for and NOT overdrafted. apparently this is their policy. i dealt with multiple bankers at multiple locations for this issue and was unable to get it resolved, but specifically the people at the towers location were rude and didnt even seem all that willing to help. they also didnt understand the sitaution and explained it poorly compared to how everyone else explained it. i left a voicemail with the manager and never got a call back. i will be closing my accounts and i definitely will never deal with the towers location again.

I work in customer service and whole heartedly endorce this branch. Emery was a pleasure to do business with. He was kind, courteous, and took the time to explain basic things without an ounce of irritation. Without a doubt the best experience I've had at a financial institution to date.

Terrible customer service! Nobody will assist. I opened checking, savings, and c card. From live chat to local office or 800# nothing but excuses...going to have to move on!
