Rude and unprofessional. Called me by a shortened version of my 1st name. No public restroom for their customers to use. Was ignored by teller after asking to use the restroom when I had banking matters to do. Will be closing my account with BB&T shortly and switching to SECU .

Truist shouldn’t have taken over and closed our branch, now we have to drive over 20 minutes to get to another branch.

I recently visited this branch on a Friday at 4:00 with my employer to deposit a check. We sat in line for over 45 minutes only to be told that the vehicle that was holding up the line was OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT!! This is the most ridiculous waste of time I have ever seen!!
