First Citizens Bank W Main Ave, Taylorsville

Super helpful and friendly staff! I chose First Citizens because they had the best rates in town for starting a small business account. When I set up the account, they walked me through everything very clearly, and I was confident that I was making the best choices for my business. They also educated me on future products that are available when my business reaches certain milestones.

Stay away from this First Citizens branch. Not very friendly and have no idea what they are doing. I went to deposit a payroll check into an employees account. They wanted to call the employee to verify. Then after a hassle from me, she handed me the deposit slip, and didn't even call my employee. Everytime we go into this branch it's a bad experience.

I only used drive up atm

I can say nothing but good things about this bank. I go in regularly and am always greeted with courtesy. Been banking here for ten years..not one mistake yet. When I use my debit card, it shows up immediately taken off . Wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is a terrible branch. They made a mistake on my bank statements that my accountant needed corrected and they charged me $25 to get it reprinted correctly when it was there mistake. Plus they try to put a hold on my business deposits when no other branch does. It would have been super if they had closed instead of the Bethlehem branch

This bank makes banking difficult for the purpose of being difficult.
