Rude rude rude! I walked into the branch in Bushnell and it was empty. I approached the tellers window, who was sitting doing nothing with 3 other tellers, and was told to step back and wait to be called. I stepped back and was instantly called. There was no reason to have me step back other than to abuse whatever authority she felt she had. She continued to be considerably rude the whole time I was there. I will go out of my way to go to go to any other branch from now on. My whole family banks there and I feel like pulling all of our money out of the bank. Sounds small but felt horrible. 1 star just because I have to. Laura should be fired because she is rude, inconsiderate and not an asset to the bank. One of my favorite things to do is write good reviews but this time I just can’t.

The people who work here are great people who seem very respectful and they enjoy helping their clients. However, I use to have a Chase Bank account for 10 years and I switched to Suntrust. Now assuming that every bank worked almost exactly the same as one another is a huge mistake on my part and I'll own that, but Chase Bank never charged me more than 1 time ($36) for over drafting. They give you a window when to add money and if you do they don't charge you that fee. Suntrust, however astonished me completely by charging not 1 or 2 fees in one week, not 3 or 4, or 5. Suntrust charged not even 6 times...but 7 $36 overdraft fees in 1 week costing me $252 which is basically almost a full weeks pay. Thank you Suntrust for taking a weeks pay from my wallet. Rules are rules, I get that, I do. But just let that sink in...$252 you took from a citizen who didn't even have it. Have a good day

Suntrust continues to spiral down hill. I've had my accounts hacked more times with them than with any other bank I've ever dealt with. They screwed up on a cashier's check pulling 2000 dollars out of my daughters account instead of mine and my wife's and they are threatening a real estate deal I'm involved in because they want to wait 30 days to transfer money needed for a down payment. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the staff is decent.

Drive thru service very very slow. Wait over 15 minute to make a simple deposit.

We had a problem with are account. Robert Van Hooijdonk the banks Vice President. Spend hours with us to get it fixed.

To the person named Jessica who named me as the person who was rude to her... I have not had the pleasure of helping you at the bank. Maybe you can describe the person you are referencing. I have NEVER told anyone to step back away from my window as yes from time to time people do step up without being addressed to do so but I have always made it known if I was already helping a client in drive thru that someone would be with them shortly. I have NEVER told anyone to step away from my window. So I do not know who you are referring to but It wasn’t me. I hope your future interactions are pleasant and we do appreciate your business.

The clerks move entirely too slow. They have no concept or consideration of time. If I could give zero stars I would. There was only 1 person in front of me and no one with the clerks. I instead of addressing us customers, they simply typed away on their computers for at least 10 minutes. I got tired of waiting and left and so did the guy in front of me. There's no telling how long he waited before I got there.

Don't like how they do things. They at very friendly, and quick people, but I get paid every Friday and if I don't deposit my check by 9 it will not be on my account on Monday because they don't open on the weekend. I do like this bank, just not how they schedule things when you really need that bank the most I hope they will do something so I can still get my check on Saturday because I don't get off work on Fridays until 9 to 10 pm and I get my check in the afternoon while I'm working

Older brown hair lady is very unfriendly and slings things back to you when she’s done and doesn’t even bother to say thank you, have a nice day or anything before she walks away. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
